Best Western Plus Lee's Summit Hotel & Suites

Breakfast was very good. The biscuits and gravy were a family favorite, as the biscuits were light and fluffy. The room was quiet and conducive to good sleep. The staff was helpful. Wonderful restaurant right in the hotel parking lot. Facility was convenient to the local community and to Kansas City when we ventured over for a day trip.

The equipment in the gym was old. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC in the workout room. The workout room could really use an update.

The entire experience was beyond my expectations. The breakfast was good , the lobby and halls clean and the lobby felt very homie walking in. Our rooms were very nice , we had the king and our friends shared a double. They also bragged how nice their room was. We expect to visit soon as we didn't get to see much we weren't there long enough. We were visiting for the playoff game Bengals vs Kansas City. We will definitely stay again and have told all about it to our friends and family. Thanks for the great experience in Kansas City.

We were here for a wedding. The room was comfortable. It was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was close to the other members of my family which made things very convenient. We were also all on the 1st floor which made it easier on my elderly mother to get to breakfast and out of the hotel. Kids and myself enjoyed the pool. All in all, great stay.

The wi-fi left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was quiet and clean. We used the lobby for 4 meals, 2 we brought in & staff was very helpful with finding plates, utensils and condiments. When we checked in the neighbors were loud so we asked for a room without an adjoining door. The employee found us another quickly.

No hot tub—I was shocked. I assume when I see pool I figure there’s a hot tub. My son ended up not swimming because the water felt cooler than was comfortable. The space around the pool was plenty big to have enjoyed a conversation, card game and a drink so was bummed to not use it.

The Adam Sandler concert and the summit bar and grill that was in the same parking lot as the hotel! Very delicious and convenient since we didn't want to get back on the highway. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing nice looking room very comfortable and clean! Also had the best breakfast any other hotel I've stayed at has never had that nice of a breakfast and I appreciate it thank you!

The traffic.

We really appreciated the amazing customer service. All the staff were friendly and one even washed my daughter’s water jug for her softball game! We also enjoyed the breakfast!

There was an entry door that didn’t work properly right next to our room People were still going in and out all night, and the door kept slamming shut waking us up.

Breakfast was great! On Saturdays and Sundays we are served breakfast. The king suite was very roomy and most importantly the bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant walking distance from the hotel. 10% discount for staying at the Best Western. Food there was great. We atue there after our over 8 hour drive.

Everything was great.

Great quite location. We checked out November 7th and after 45 minutes down the road we realized we left an IPad in the room. We called the motel and the man who answered went right away and got it . He mailed it and within a few days we had it back. I wish we got his name, we appreciate his kindness. Thank you so much!

The staff went a above and beyond. It was clean and quiet. Shout out to Shane at the front desk very helpful and the night girl ,i didnt catch her name, was amazing!Breakfast was great, pool was great. Kids had fun!

Hidden fees from the hotel. That's not the staffs fault!

The breakfast was good , the location ok but was a little difficult to find especially the road into it,I passed right by it and had to turn around and go back.

The one window curtain was broke and there was no where to put soap in the shower,no dish or anything,
