The desk staff was very friendly, fast and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We were in a room with no neighbors on the upper floor, so it was peaceful and quiet.

The breakfast was okay, the sausages were nice, but the eggs, they were the worst I've ever had. And my waffle turned out weird. It was standard hotel fare, so you can only expect so much... The staff seemed eager to close and made us feel bad for being in the dining area at 930, even though breakfast is till 10.. at 945, one lady gleefully announced it was time to shut down, rushing everyone who was there... I understand being on a schedule, but you are literally in a hospitality industry, act like it.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and continued to be stocked as soon as needed. The location was easy to access and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and antique stores.

We counted over 6 dogs staying in rooms down our hallway, which caused a bit of a musky, dog smell lingering around. Our room was clean, but the bathroom needed a good deep clean. The face of the counter and the silver plate of the tissue container were filthy. The price was a little high for the area.

Very clean and comfortable facilities. Great continental breakfast. My son and I enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub! We had a small issue with our room door during our 2nd day, and management was on it immediately! They upgraded us to a suite and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience, which, in my opinion, was unnecessary but just shows how much they care about their customers! The owner himself came to make sure the issue was taken care of.

Everything we needed for an affordable price! Sometimes hard to find a hotel room that can fit a family of 5 for a decent price and this was just that! Breakfast was good. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained.

Bedding could use updating. They use the thin, slippery top bedspreads and updating this to white bedding would be much more comfortable, make the room look cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing.

I know it's asking a lot, but we had to be out of the hotel before 6:00 and missed breakfast. You might check with more of the people that stay there to see when they are needing to leave. When we were leaving there were a lot of truckers standing outside the breakfast area waiting for the food to be brought out. I'm sure there were several like us that had to be on the road by six. It would have been nice to be able to grab a bite before heading out.

I personally like a firmer bed.

Everything was wonderful! Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean! The breakfast was everything we needed to start out our day. The hotel we stayed in the night before actually had bullet holes in the door. Soooo it made us appreciate the comfort and safety you all provided even more spectacular and appreciated!

The smoke detector flashing above the bed kept waking me up all night and the refrigerator froze all of our drinks solid lol but other than that the only other thing I can think of that would have made our stay more convenient would have maybe had a plug outlet with a USB port in it and a food delivery list available in your book (if available in that area)

This was the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I saw employees cleaning everytime I left the room. Elevator door had a handprint when I went out to the car. Was wiped down by the time I walked back in. Perfection. Hotel layouts are all pretty much the same. Only things that really matter: clean, comfortable bed. This place nailed both!

Room.Clean, staff friendly . Laundry room was clean . Room.bedding is dated. It would have changed look.entirely if comforters were white.

Complimentary breakfast was not good. Juice machine broke. No alternative. Sausage gravy yuck. Coffee yuck. No yogurt or boiled eggs as alternative to biscuits and gravy. No biscuits when we were there.

Just like all of my Is stays at parkfield in so far.. The staff was friendly happy made me feel right at home. Everything was clean.. Its location is perfect right across the street from Gas groceries and food all 3..

The only thing I ever disliked about it. Is there breakfast is great? Is so of course it's pretty crowded in the morning.. But that means to me that they do a great job with the breakfast.

What a great fridge, bed and breakfast. Would rather have had a plain gravy at breakfast (I have a pork restricted diet), but it was still great. Bed was VERY comfortable. Large fridge was nice, we always carry a cooler of food and had a nice place to put it. Wish I had my bathing suit...pool looked rather inviting.

Price was a bit high and did not offer military or CDL discount...or any discount for that matter. Room was a bit cluttered, it had a desk and a table (whose chairs blocked the vent for air conditioning), I'd rather have had a recliner. Getting in and out was a bit confusing, but figured it out.
