This is a great little place to stay for visiting the lakes. It’s family owned and operated. Great location to stop for rest from KC. Great hot water pressure and the room looked just like the Hilton when I was sleeping . They have boat trailer parking, no turnaround. Easy in out. If you’re looking a breakfast buffet go pay more. Fresh fruit, packaged pastries and a cup of coffee is what to expect.
Coffee cups coffee could be bigger.

Clean, classy hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It's too far from the bus terminal. I really think the hotel should have a shuttle service from the bus stop at Breaktime gas station to the hotel. Tge next day I had to walk 4 Mike's in the oppressive heat carring 100 pounds if luggage.

Breakfast items were limited but they did have waffles which I love. The room was spotless and so was the entire lobby and breakfast area. This is a pet friendly hotel and we loved being able to park right in front of our door and take our cats inside in their carriers.

Location was good along a main road and there was safe and easy access to the Katy Trailhead. Breakfast was low on protein and high on white carbs, but still nice to have available so we could get an early start riding.

Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. Nice spacious double queen room. Pool was nice and warm. If you're a 'carbs for breakfast' person they have tons. Good parking, super cold AC. Nice bathrooms too. I really liked the separate alcove where the AC and wardrobe were tucked away. Made a great spot to keep bags and shoes. Great location close to everything Walmart, CVS, fast food, grocery store, etc and only 5 mins from the square.
Everything was exactly what we needed for a basic, clean, comfy stay. My only minor gripe is that the fridge and desk should be flipped in the room. If you're sitting at the desk you're blocking the restroom. I work remotely and this was super annoying. I'd also offer a better breakfast selection that includes at least eggs. None of these issues are deal breakers though!

The fitted sheet was torn in one corner, but that wasn't a big deal. There was traffic noise.

The motel was one of the most updated motels we have been in during our travel across the country. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was new. Lots of room to move around.
