Breakfast was good. Not outstanding but certainly good. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillow was comfortable

Highly recommend! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Everyone member went over and above what we have received most other places we have stayed! Facilities were very clean, comfortable, and quiet even with children and dogs in the rooms around us!! And, though we did not have our dogs with us, it was great to see such a pet-friendly and welcoming place!!

Nothing was said about breakfast not being available on Monday or Tuesday every week… but that’s minor!!! The good far far outweighs that!

I like the location. It’s near the highway, so plenty of places are readily accessible.

I enjoyed my stay. The three things I didn’t like: The room was a little too warm while we were trying to sleep and there was a noise from the ceiling over the room. It sounded like someone was dropping something on the floor above our room, which didn’t make sense. We were on the second floor. The biscuits and gravy breakfast is served too often.

I like the fact as to how conveniently it was located to the venue of the event we were attending. The beds were comfortable, the room smelled clean, the toilet and tub were clean and hair free. They made sure we had plenty of fresh towels and I did enjoy very good breakfast throughout my stay. A couple of things that I noticed was that there were cobwebs and on the ceiling not many but enough to notice. And the wifi was extremely slow. Other than that everything was great the dining room staff is an awesome lady and the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind and very helpful great touch that the Andes candies were available and free washer and dryer at our disposal you guys rock

Booking was easy. The rates were extremely cheap. Our check in was a breeze. The lady working the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond helping accommodate me. I suffered a spinal injury and she made it her mission to make sure I was close to an exit, on ground floor and comfortable. The hotel was immaculately clean! Our room was cozy, clean, stocked and far above our expectations. The breakfast was delicious.... cappuccino machine, coffee, orange and apple juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs. There were a ton of delicious options. And the lady working was friendly and kept everything stocked, fresh and super clean. I am in awe of this place! Couldn't believe how extraordinary it was AND for that price??? They even had a can of starch for us to iron our wedding clothes! Been bragging about the place since checking in. Highly recommend to everyone.

Very nice ! We've stayed here before and have been impressed by the cleanliness of everywhere you look. Very well maintained.

We only had one very odd issue. Apparently, after the room had been cleaned, housekeeping left all the drawers open along with the ironing board sitting upside down in the room. The front desk person attended to the issue and offered to upgrade us to another larger room. We didn't accept the offer, but we're very impressed with the concern that was shown. I almost forgot, the pillows could be better!

The room was very large and well equipped. The breakfast was self serve but with ample choice. There is a large pool and exercise room. Cuzco cafe is a superb Peruvian restaurant in Springfield. Staff was very friendly.

There is no visible sign on the side (Ingram Mill). This wouldn't be a problem, except the Google maps instruction was. Turn left on Ingram Mill. The destination is in 150 feet. When you run by a bit the instruction becomes 'turn right after a mile'. Of course, we made an immediate U-turn. The trick is that the mother is the next building after Hardee's on the left after you turn from chestnut expressway onto Ingram Mill.

The staff was very friendly. I noticed a staff member outside picking up trash when we were packing our car to leave, it tells me they care to keep the outside clean like the inside of the facility. Good breakfast! My wife loved the biscuits and gravy.

They didn't ask us if we needed any clean linens. The bed wasn't that comfortable to me or my wife, my back hurt both nights we were there. The bed was comfortable to sit on but not sleep on. Oh and the lightning was very dark.

It was quiet, nice and clean I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. The staff was nice and they did not seem sketchy or unprofessional. The breakfast was really yummy and there were a lot of options.

I do not think it needs to work on a lot just keep up on cleanliness and possibly making sure the curtains in the windows cover all the way so there is not a thin line of light coming through. So maybe different curtains.
