Motel 6-Butte, MT - Historic City Center

We stayed a few nights and really enjoyed it. Girls in the office ( can't remember names) where very friendly. The only issue we had was it looked like they forgot to sweep our room. Lots of long dog hair everywhere, asked to get a broom to sweep, they said someone would come sweep it for us but instead handed us the broom to sweep yourself. No big deal, but I think they need to sweep better, also sweep the door mat outside as I had did this as well due to long dog hair. We had a pup with us but she does not shed and didn't want other fir on her.. great memories tho!

Property is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Great price. Walking distance to some local pubs. Wish we had more time to explore the city of Butte more. We would stay at this property again. Staff was also very friendly.

Not a very large pet relief area, but to be expected when located in the center of historic downtown.

The hotel and staff were really nice. They have laundry service and an ice machine. It was quiet and relaxing. It's very close to old town. It had a good shower. The staff were helpful and kind.

It's a little far from restraunts and grocery services.

The room was exceptionally clean and all the staff was friendly Also you could tell they were updating the rooms and keeping the outside clean.

The room did not have a coffee pot, hair dryer, a few things did need updating but nothing was really wrong. You could tell they were working on it,

we picked this hotel because of the location and the fact that it was dog friendly. I was very pleased when I saw the inside of our room. I was very please, it was much nicer than I was expecting based on the outside.

However, the dog grass that USED to be there........well, it used to be there. It was a lot of dirt and not a lot of grass. Then, not all dog owners clean up after their pet. While that isn't completely on the hotel, it would be nice if someone could clean it up. or tell guests they will be charged if they don't clean up after their pet.

Pet friendly and lots of spare outside for the dogs, it's Montana so nice land isn't hard to find. $15 per any size pet. Staff is very friendly. Clean and remodeled rooms.

THE STAFF! The woman who checked me in ... hands down ....was the nicest lady. Checked me in quickly, and again...was so nice. Thank you for posting a human trafficking awareness sign. If we all help, we can make a difference.

Breahanna- Brea at reception was great. Thanks so much for your assistance. Lovely young lady. Laundromat was wonderful Coffee in main area was very good. Rooms recently redone. Good restaurants in the area. Enjoyed “Sparkys”.

It was very quiet as far as noise level once you were inside the room. Cinder block walls so very well sound insulated. The rooms were extremely clean though a little outdated. It had a microwave and a refrigerator and a TV, but other than that it was a place to sleep.

When my husband stepped out to have a cigarette he saw three different drug deals go down.

Only Hot Coffee offered and vending machines available with snacks and sodas with an indoor seating area
