Decent stay in a remote town in Montana - the motel is part of a gas-station and convenience store complex. The staff was helpful and courteous and the amenities were adequate including some additional USB outlets and decent wifi.

There were some communications issues between the staff on different shifts. The hot breakfast could use fresh eggs but had waffles and microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The location is pretty close to a train track (loud horn when train passes at night).

The hotel is really good and well managed. The breakfast is standard American but we were very happy with our stay. We could prepone our reservation and the stuff was very helpful.

The price is relatively high because Conrad is somewhere in the nowhere.

The hotel is fine. It's a nice little oasis out there on the prairie. KATIE MISSIK is the General Manager of this business. My wife and I have some mobility issues. Katie not only made every effort to help us, she went way beyond where the efforts of where most business oriented managers or customer service managers would go to solve our issues and concerns. Thank you Katie for blessing our lives with your perseverance and thoughtfulness.

Really good dinner recommendation from staff about dinner. Honestly, the food and coffee options in Conrad are sneaky good compared to other "just passing through" locations. This hotel knows what people want from it: clean, affordable, has coin-op laundry. If you are on the road, this is an excellent place to spend the night on your way to somewhere else.

Room had kind of an oder to it. Nothing I could identify really, but also nothing I couldn't ignore.

The pillow on the bed. Great to not have to go outside to go to reception, to have breakfast, to gamble at the casino. The veteran parking. Very clean with wipes in the room and sanitizing stations. Superb cleanliness. Checking out was fast with a receipt. Recommendations for good restaurant to visit for supper.

The only thing I did not like was the bed was too high. The waffle maker was not operating or offered. There should have been a toaster with bread to use. Real eggs & thicker bacon would have been nicer. There were no potato or hash browns.

Breakfast was just OK, I guess high grocery prices are playing a key role. Nice big fridge, room was nice and clean

The bathroom, the toilet is meant for Midgets not for adults. One is almost sitting on the floor. It’s ridiculous Next to a railroad track, train whistles in the night is very disturbing

The hotel had a lot of amenities, which made our trip easier. The Town Pump provided us with all the little things we needed throughout our stay. The hotel had a nice laundry facility which came in handy. Their breakfast was pretty good, for a hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

We did have to move rooms when we first arrived, because the first one wasn't fully cleaned. We had a miscommunication with housekeeping, so they didn't clean our room and provided towels. They made up for it and we're very apologetic. Things happen and they made it right, which showed they cared about their guests.

Nice and helpful front desk staff (especially Kris). Very good value for money. Good location to visit Glacier NP. Clean and comfortable.

Washing machine not in good condition. Noisy with the train at 6am. No bread and no orange juice at the breakfast.

It was very quite, the beds were so comfortable and it was very clean.

The breakfast was ok, there wasn't alot of healthy choices and there wasn't a pool. But that is something beyond the control of the establishment.

it had everything we needed for a comfortable quick stay. hidden little gem for an excellent price! also had a subway and convenience store attached right to it for extra convenience arriving at night and needing a quick bite (subway closes at 9pm)
