The view was incredible and the chairs provided were actually pretty comfortable. It’s proximity to everything was great. The room itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. Had good outlet availability on the bedside lamp which was pretty nice. Pretty quiet, didn’t hear a lot of neighbor noise. No offensive smells, which I always appreciate!

Shower/tub were outdated and the drain was partially clogged. The outdoor hallway and walkways were kind of dirty. Partially just hard to avoid with time of year, but ground was just icky/had food splatter, etc. Biggest issue for me was the lack of a secondary deadbolt/interior lock. As someone traveling by themselves I want to feel safe. Being as paranoid as I am that made me a bit uncomfortable and would have preferred an extra layer of security. A couple of small detail things that bugged me: towels weren’t great, didn’t dry super well; got 2 shampoos but no conditioner; not sure if intentional, but no hand soap, just 2 face wash bars (?). Minor inconveniences really, but inconveniences nonetheless.

I made an error in booking, not knowing most of the facility is not wheelchair accessible, so the check-in process went from a near distastes to the management finding a solution so we could continue our vacation: a lottery win.

easy to get to, comfortable beds, very clean, nice hot water in shower, really soft towels! helpful staff, spacious room, close to everything.

there was a light on the balcony that had no switch to turn it off. staff said it was to keep away wild animals. made the room very light at night as only blinds on the windows, no curtains. was really hard to sleep the first night but we got used to it. that was our only complaint. I recommend adding some room darkening curtains.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette area. It was a nice surprise to have dishes and dish soap. The sound of the rushing yellowstone river right outside our door was very enjoyable. Lodge located very close to the entrance of the park. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and gas. Staff warned us of a grizzly in the area so we took extra precautions while hiking. Picturesque mountains surrounding lodge, very beautiful view. Great stay, very satisfied.

Great Location right on the river! Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view! Room was very clean! Staff had excellent customer service. This location was middle of town. We walked to eat meals and walked for sight seeing in town.

We were on second floor. People above us were very loud and stayed up late. Next time we will ask for the top floor!

The view from the balcony is one of a kind. Its just outside the North entrance. The price was reasonable also.

The heater/AC takes time to get used to. You really don't know what your setting it to. So usually it was too hot then took a few trays to get it gust right by then we had to go home.

Quiet, clean and close to all the essentials within Gardiner.

Parking lot extremely icy. Seems like sand or something could have been spread for traction. I did see one employee using it on Monday morning to create a little path for himself to walk on.

Great view as each room has a balcony overlooking the Yellowstone River. I would also like to thank the woman behind the counter who helped me with my wife who needed a ground floor room due to an injury to her leg. Thanks once again!

Great view and location! Room had a little porch to sit on (shame it was too cold outside to use). Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Couldn't really hear other guest's in their rooms.. Hopefully they can hang on after the awful flooding.

Parking was a bit tight. Wi-Fi was painfully slow, but that's more Quest's fault than theirs.
