We were there in summer, not winter. Water slide is great! I saw staff checking the pool and hot tub pH each morning. Breakfast is more than expected. Yogurt and chocolate pudding cups in prepared packages. Fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges), Pre-wrapped, frozen/refrigerated breakfast sandwiches which you can heat in your in-room microwave or in the dining area Cereal, instant oatmeal (just add hot water), Juice, coffee and tea. There is a paved path across the highway that runs to Big Mountain ski resort. Otherwise, not much in the way of amenities around this location.

Nothing to say. What we expected.

Even though it was a "Continental" style there were 3 small fridges with frozen items such as egg sausage biscuits, burritos, etc for in room or on the road eatables. Pool is huge and well maintained.

Very noisy neighbors. Maid services was just the basic. Dead zone for Verizon. Figuring out how to tune the TV to a desired channel was complex and not explained.

Comfy beds, clean room exactly as pictured. Friendly staff - the clerk let us know that he could turn the waterslide on for my son if we wanted to use it) and the morning front desk guys gave us some great suggestions of things to do. They also had the most friendly old pup as a greeter 💛. Nice free breakfast (we had a frozen Jimmy dean sandwich, yoghurt, and bagel. There was also toast, frozen waffles, frozen breakfast burritos, cereal, juice and coffee. Conveniently located right off the road but we were at the rear of the hotel so no road noise.

Our room had no view and had we been staying longer that might have been a bit of a bummer and the gentlemen staying in the room next to us were rather loud - we could hear every word (our room had optional adjoining doors so maybe that was why??) Thankfully they passed out quickly. So if you do not need adjoining rooms perhaps request to not have that.

The location was good-close to Big Sky activities, without the huge price. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Carpet throughout could use some updating. We did not have the breakfast items, so I can't comment on that.

location was perfect, and the staff- in particular Sam, was Amazing!! He is an awesome Customer Service Rep!- you should be very proud of him and his ability to make you feel welcome and at home❤️

there was used shampoo and conditioner still in our shower and the lamp was missing a light bulb. Overall- these were very minimal compared to the service we received from staff!!

Room was clean but extremely used and dated. It was nothing to mention. However there was a microwave, freezer and fridge. The lobby was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and the continental breakfast was one of the best. There was an d broken phone on the room for who knows what reason.

The carpet in the halls was dirty and very worn out.

Clean room and I liked the ability to open the window.

Breakfast could improve with a waffle maker. Would be nice to have yogurt too. Breakfast was disappointing. For the money spent I was hoping there was a waffle maker.

The pool was great for the kids. The larger fridge was nice. There was a musty smell in the stair well of weed. Housekeeping kept the towels coming and breakfast is sufficient.

There is no elevator in the 3 level hotel so prepare to carry your bags. They did offer help if needed though.

The first day we checked in, Frasier was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little packed with furniture and could have had better lighting. We would stay there again though.

Helpful friendly staff. Free voucher given for scenic lift pass at ski resort. Comfy bed.

Breakfast was not of a very good standard. Only packaged convenience foods available, no hot food. Very limited options for a healthy breakfast ie: no fresh fruit except oranges.
