The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The room had a small kitchenette which was useful. I had my dog with me. There was a nice park with playground, picnic tables, and basketball courts right behind the hotel on the river. it was a good place to walk the dog.
You actually had to go get the dishes for the kitchenette from front desk staff, they didn't just leave them in the room. In my room, the dresser drawers would open all the way completely on their own.

Disappointed in breakfast, when booking, it stated, “breakfast included”, which really was not, it was a small counter with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot water, there was a stand with oatmeal bags, some granola bars and some small muffins. I don’t call this a breakfast, you could call it a continental breakfast if you stretch it!

My room was spotless. The room was larger than I expected. Having the kitchen was a plus. MJ was great,very friendly,and helpful. The bed was very comfortable I slept like a baby. I will stay here again. Very close to all attractions.
They need a larger trash can in the kitchen , there was only a small one in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed and a quiet location. Great staff who were helpful. Good location by the river and a few minutes drive to restuarants. Bathrooms need a decor refresh although they were perfectly clean. If you need cookware or plates be sure to request asap. Demand exceeeds supply. Childrens play area and picnic tables right there on the rivrside park. Great for a one night stay although Great Falls has a lot to offer for a longer.
Bathroom decor is a bit tired and needs a refresh.

This hotel is by a nice River walk. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice grab and go breakfast offered. We were very pleased with our stay here.
It was a bit challenging with a pet and a disabled husband on the third floor. A first floor room would have been easier. Other than that, it was very nice.

We could have used a coffee maker. We did ask when we got our dishes but they were out. I feel they should have a full set of dishes and a coffee pot for anyone staying more than two days. On that part I think they could have done a little better.

One of the staff member was rude. Breakfast was basic like muffin, granola bars and coffee. Internet was paid. They dont provide house keeping service, it was at additional charges.

It’s sure nice to have a kitchen to cook and make coffee in the morning. It will be difficult to go back to a bed and bathroom only motel.
The only thing bad was taking a left out of the motel. There’s a double yellow line. Would be nice to have a center lane

Nicely equipped as you would expect in a extended stay unit. Large refrigerator,stove top and microwave. Room bigger than most motel units. Nice amenities such as laundry. Location on the riverside trail with great walk for exercise. There must be a nice view of the river from some rooms, though my room was on the street side of the building. Not much street noise. Walking distance to a really good pizza / Italian restaurant.

Awkward entry for vehicles. You can drive up to lobby, but then you have to back out down the parking lot. Much better if it had an entry to the lobby off the street that was a drive through. No coffee pot in the room, though there was one in the lobby.
