The Gibson Hotel Great Falls, Ascend Hotel Collection

The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. I needed a bigger room for me and my son and they upgraded me to king room as soon as one became available. The location is great as you are in walking distance to some good restaurants and shops.

The thing that needs to be understood when booking is that this is a boutique hotel, so the rooms are a little bit smaller than regular hotels. That being said they are decorated very nicely and they feel comfortable. But if traveling with a family it would be tight. I said the location was a pro but it was also slightly a con because they are close to some bars and on the weekend nights it could get a little noisy and you have to deal with sketchy people. This is obvious not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.

A beautiful renovation from a motel to a hotel. Loved the layout of the room. Bed was super comfy. Had in house laundry facilities that supplied everything if you needed to wash clothes. Simple gym room that wax open 24 hrs. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Was great to be able to order in. There were lots of nearby amenities. I felt that the area was safe enough even being downtown! I live in a large city and wouldn’t be downtown at night, but I would walk with my husband at night here.

This little hotel is amazing! It’s a cute little boutique place with comfy beds and modern room designs. The girls who worked the front desk throughout the day were super friendly and helpful. Complimentary local beverages tops the list of amenities along with breakfast delivered via room service from the local coffee shop around the corner. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Great Falls.

Everything was amazing!!!! The staff, the breakfast, the room….everything was perfect. The breakfast deal they have with twisted tree is amazing. The staff is the most helpful and cheerful people.

If the bathrooms had the full sized shampoo/conditioners/body wash mounted on the shower wall instead of the single use products. Its nice because you can use what you need and they are better for the environment

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional! We were greeted and offered wine, beer, San Pellegrino, and water. The ladies also explained everything about the breakfast and other amenities. They were so friendly! The beds and pillows were very comfortable - much better than your standard hotel.

We wish there would have been a hot tub, but we also understand this hotel has been restored and it would be difficult to create a room for a hot tub/sauna in the existing building.

Soon as we arrived we received complimentary drinks.Staff was very friendly and inviting. Asked for an upgrade room and they did at no charge. The room was very clean and very nice.They offered complimentary breakfast and brought to our room. We will be staying there again if in Great Falls.

There was frequent homeless people around, but honestly not really there fault. Also on a better note staff was very vigilant at keep them away from building.

Breakfast was awsome. They gave you the option to have it brought to your room or go up the street to a little local coffee shop and sit down for your breakfast all included in your stay. Complementary water bottles, cookies, coffee, and other beverages always available at the front. Great central location for shopping. Rooms clean and new. Staff was great.

The room was not large, but it was so well designed that it seemed much larger! Everything you could need to be comfortable was there! The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful! Ready with a welcome beverage when we arrived, and the breakfast we ordered delivered to our room was delicious!!

The staff were amazing especially Joshua he was very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants,antique stores and other places in Great Falls. The location of the hotel was fantastic lots of restaurants and stores and casinos in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel. Was renovated a few months ago and looks fantastic

See above. I appreciated the young folks manning all stations. Very helpful and friendly. I was born and raised in this town and I was happy to see that it’s filled with genuine people! Ps. Loved the ironing board!
