Exceptionally nice Hotel and although bit dated it was clean and comfortable Breakfast was excellent and way beyond what most Motel breakfasts are!! Staff were all very friendly and nice

The pool is a bit cold for adults but kiddos seem to be fine lol

The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. They helped us upgrade our reservation and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was so delicious and expansive! There was literally something for everyone and they even had non dairy milk options for consumption. There was everything from hot and cold cereals to pastry’s and sweet breads. The omelets were fantastic and they had biscuits and gravy and breakfast sausage also. There were even waffles and hash browns. The variety was fantastic and the attendant was so friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice and helpful. The family rooms are even over the lobby so my sleepover of pre teen girls didn’t keep anyone beneath us up. I definitely recommend this for all your travel needs as well as for any events you may be planning.

The pool area gets a little loud when it’s full of preteen girls which may have been difficult for other guests to enjoy it while we were using the facilities. I do apologize for anyone whos stay may have been disrupted by us.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels and this was on the top of the list of best stay/experiences ever. Staff were amazing and very hospitable and there for every need of mine. They gave us directions freely and even made wonderful recommendations for places to eat. Staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

The location is nice since you do not have to drive through town to access and it sits high enough to have wonderful lake views. The room is very clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast choices had a nice variety and all of the staff whom I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Parking was never an issue and the parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I have been fortunate enough to stay here several times and hope to return.

Having a room with a lake view it would have been nice to have the bed facing the lake ( I know kind of petty) and the bed is very tall which would be a challenge for elderly or petite travelers. There is very little fault to be found with this facility other than it can be pricey during peak season.

The breakfast was good. My only recommendation would be to add more varieties of fruit. We both love our fruits so we brought our own down from our room to eat at breakfast. I'm not a red meat eater and tend to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. We loved the location and beauty of the area.

I felt like it was very convenient to come right off the elevator for breakfast in the morning. The food was hot and ready and there were lots of options to choose from. Very great breakfast to start my day!

They were missing a few hot items due to a power failure but they noted this to inform the guests. I wish there were a few more options for juices & fruits but other than that it was a great breakfast bar!

Outside patio with newer furniture with an okay view of the lake. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast in the lobby was a decent selection and hot.

We booked a King suite with a lake view, but when we got to the room it had a view of the parking lot behind the building. The front desk switched us to a regular room with 2 queens on the lake side with a decent view, but still charged for the king suite.

Breakfast was good each morning, Food was fresh, there were plenty of options and well spread out

The desk chair in the room was stuck in such a low position, it was difficult to sit and work on my computer without having to constantly stand and stretch my shoulders and back. I adjusted the seat height settings to the highest point that it would adjust to. The seat, while comfortable, was not adjustable to a good height. It would be good to replace the chairs with something more ergonomic and more adjustable.
