Night staff (at midnight check in) were amazing. A gentleman in a suit (driver?) and the kind lady at the desk have top notch customer service skills.

The beds were super bouncy, but comfortable. The furniture showed signs of age, but very comfort none the less. The morning check out lady was a bit short. She was displeased by the computer processes. Aside from asking our name, no other conversation with me. Not a thank you for staying with us or any other courtesy. I observed her with the patron before us and observed the same. She appeared to be in training, but her trainer didn’t speak to us on her behalf either. Vast difference between the night staff and day staff. Still a good stay.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and very clean. Good restaurant in the motel.

Staff person wrote the wrong room number on our keys. I had to go back when our key didn't work. I found out our room was on the other side of the bank of rooms.Secondly, I was asked if second floor was ok. I said yes but I assumed there was an elevator. We are both in our 70's and had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and up and down to the restaurant if we chose to eat.

The rooms was clean and lovely. The staff was very kind. My only complaint was that I ordered the expensive Prime Rib dinner and the vegetables were tepid. Also, the breakfast next morning was beautiful BUT tepid. I had to take my plate to the front desk to get it microwaved. Otherwise, it was great and I WOULD stay here again.

Food was not hot

Food in the breakfast area was EXCELLENT, room very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. We would stay here again friendly Staff.

The room needed some updating , the carpet was worn, and some of the wall paper was falling down. But it was VERY CLEAN.

The room was newly decorated and very clean. It was quiet in the room, even with guests on both sides! I ate dinner in the bar and it was delicious! And the breakfast? It was yummy! It was 5 miles from the interstate, but worth the ride!

The staff was very accommodating! We were with a large group, and they allowed us to use one of the conferemce rooms to hang out and order in pizza. And the breakfast buffet in the morning was one of the best ever. Rooms were spacious and clean.

We had NO complaints. There was one "glitch" with the billing (we were billed twice for rooms). BUT Sheila worked diligently to resolve the issue for us. She was outstanding.

Very surprised, it was a wonderful place to stay. Any other hotel in about a 100 mile radius was more expensive and no where near as nice. If we ever pass through the area again, we'll be back. We even forgot our pillows there and they found them, put them aside and we picked up the next day traveling home. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Ummm, nothing!

great pool area for kids. pool with shallow end and deep end, and a hot tub. there’s an area next to the pool that has a ping pong table and pool table and putting green.

they only have double rooms with full size beds, no queens which seems a little dated and cuts back on comfort

Everything. My grandkids were so happy with all there is to do right outside our room. The breakfast is great. Lots of choices for food and drinks. Fruit was fresh and the bacon was literally piled high in the warming tray. The mattresses weren't rock hard which I loved. I needed extra pillows because I have spinal problems. They had 6 extra pillows for me. When they say the pool closes at 10, it closes at 10. Lots of channels to watch including 4 Disney channels. Plenty of room to maneuver in the bathroom. Towels were new. Updated decor and nice linens on the beds. There is coffee and tea in the rooms. 3 vending machines within 15 feet of our room. My friend is going to Grand Island and she's going to stay there because I had such a good experience. I won't stay anywhere else when I go to Grand Island.

When I checked in I said I wanted to pay cash and they said not until I was ready to leave. They charged my card anyway.

Location. In town with family for horse racing. Very close. Restaurant and lounge inside. Comfortable and clean.

Very busy. Big group of drunk people yelling in hallway all evening
