Hotel was fantastic! This was our first trip to Lincoln and we really didn't know where to stay. After reading all the reviews, the Hyatt seemed to have the best rating and everyone said it was close to Memorial Stadium and restaurants. They were spot on!! We visited Lincoln to see a Husker football game and we had the best time. One thing I read over and over was how loud it was after the game, and that is true, but you cant expect to be close to everything for the football game and expect it to be quiet. The hotel provided ear plugs but we brought a sleeping noise machine and it worked perfectly. The entire staff is very friendly and the breakfast is GREAT!! If you're on the fence about where to stay for a home football game, this is your place. We'll definitely stay here again .

I slept really well, the pillows were so nice (I want one of those pillows!) It was very clean and the breakfast was so good. It’s nearby lots of great restaurants with good food. They will give you a list of places and what time they are open till, which was so helpful. We need only stayed a night on our way home, so we didn’t go to the pool. Everything was great, it’s a really nice hotel!

I loved everything.

Our room was much larger than expected and provided plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable. While housekeeping services were limited to requests only, we did not mind since we generally kept a tidy space. The front desk was very accommodating when we requested new towels. The breakfast was good each day. We liked how they rotated options daily. Because I researched the property ahead of time, I was aware of the parking fees and included the amount in our budgeting plan. The staff was extremely friendly and had terrific activity suggestions for me to do with my children while my husband was at the office. We really enjoyed the walkability to restaurants and shops from the hotel. We will be traveling to Lincoln a lot more in the future, and this will more than likely become our "home away from home."

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the flow of the hotel. I enjoyed the many shops and restaurants close by. Parking was hassle free. The room and area was quiet I heard no outside noise, and slept with ease.

The bathroom in my hotel room is dated in the ceiling and the edging of shower you can see corners coming undone. The bathroom needs a touch up. The cosmetic defect did not hinder the purposeful use of the facilities.

The location close to all downtown activities is fantastic. You can walk to the baseball and football stadiums, as well as several churches. Going out at night is easy, since the Haymarket area has enough quality restaurants and bars to keep visitors busy for a few days.

elevator in parking lot was not working. If you needed to use an elevator you had to walk to the other end of the block. The hotel does NOT own the parking garage, however. Breakfast closes at 10:00; wish it would go a little later.

I found this hotel to feel like a mom and pop boutique more than a large chain. The employees were very helpful, nice, accommodating, and you could tell they liked their job and had a customer service focus (rare these days) I loved that they had common sense, remembered your face if not name. The breakfast was killer. They had a full hot buffet that varied each day and they had options like english muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit,, etc The coffee was even pretty good and they had coffee available all day. I really loved this place ! The parking garage was convenient and not as expensive as some. I didnt mind paying because of the location and it felt more secure. You can walk to the shops and restaurants in the Haymarket.

The only thing that was a bit odd was the temperature of the pool. It was a few degrees cooler than a hot tub. I like swimming in heated pools and usually don't go in the pool if there is a hot tub. I guess you could say it was a giant hot tub since they didn't have one. They had fluffy clean towels handy, the shower and locker rooms for the gym were right there also. I don't think this is necessarily a negative statement, but if I had young kids the pool might have been a thing to check on.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. We mainly wanted something in Downtown Lincoln for the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. It was only a block away.

The only negative is the air conditioning in the room wasn't the greatest. It worked, which is good, it just didn't necessarily push out air the fastest.

We wanted a location near the Leid Activity Center and Hiro 88 so we could walk where we needed. We were worried about the noise after hours, and were very appreciative that the hotel was quite quiet. Very clean, great staff!

The only real complaints would be the prices of concessions in the lobby, but I guess that is what you pay for convenience. And as a smoker, I wish the smoking area was closer to the rooms so I didn't have to get so much exercise. :D

The location was fabulous with a dozen restaurants close and a Saturday morning farmers market right outside the property. Also, easy access to the highway.

We are a family of 5 so we utilized the pull out couch which was very squeaky & uncomfortable. Bedding & beds were not the most comfortable.

Staff was wonderful. we checked out early and about 40 mins later realized we were missing an item. they made sure to keep the room from being cleaned and went and retrieved the time before we could make it back to the hotel.

Bathroom could use a night light and a wooden door. Style is nice, but not great for privacy. Also, not attention to cleaning the bathroom door handle.
