We staying in this hotel specifically because of it's downtown location. Parking was super-easy in the attached garage ($11.25 for over night). Staff was friendly during check-in, check-out, and during breakfast. Room as fine. We chose the buffet breakfast (included in our reservation) and it was more than adequate....scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage links, bacon, pastries. We will definitely stay here again if we have activities in Downtown Lincoln.

We staying only one night, so it was just what we needed.

We loved this place! Beautiful and clean and friendly. Comfy beds and furnishings. Spacious enough. Bathroom was clean and hair free. I cannot stand to find other peoples hair anywhere in the bathroom, which happens quite frequently elsewhere.

Very nice of them to have a shuttle to the concert venue, but lack of communication between front desk and drivers and guests was quite annoying. Lots of misunderstandings. Shout out to Jackie, whom I spoke with twice about shuttle service. She is the only one that gave clear, concise answers and information and carried through on them.

Loved the property and my room was great. Bed was super comfortable.

Parking garage situation was not convenient and was expensive. Also the hotel didn't enforce the mask rule nor did they put up signs to limit the # of passengers in an elevator. I had to wait for multiple elevators to pass before I could go up or down either with just 1 other person or by myself. Hated that. Also no ice maker on the 3rd floor and no water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't stay there again during a pandemic unless the hotel enforced a mask rule and limited passengers in the elevator.

quiet and clean

parking was expense not expected, we have a tall truck and so more challenging, front check in person did not fully explain any wifi, restaurant options or the parking options. I had to ask and then drive to the parking garage to find I was to tall for the one he told me about. we had to drive around to front and go in and ask another front desk person that was very helpful.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Parking location from room location was the biggest issue. It was a lengthy trip from parking garage to rooms with luggage. It required going through the public areas next to the conference rooms to get to second set of elevators to the rooms -no direct access. It provides safety but it was inconvenient.

The restaurant had delicious food and a great staff.

Beautiful stay-Michael was incredibly attentive and helpful. Very clean. Great location!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable

The bar was full of over vulgar served drunks. The bartender did nothing to control them other than flirt and continue to serve them. I asked them to keep it cool and was threatened. Terrible experience

Location to many restaurants & having a bar is why I picked this hotel. Not having parking isn’t the best (City garage next to it). Breakfast is not included (I must have missed that when making my decision). Nice bar, easy 8 block walk to HayMarket with a lot of restaurant options. Capital is blocks away & fun to see.

It’s city blocks in a business district before hitting green space. Ok on a non-busy weekend during COVID, but might be difficult during the height of football/event season. Also there isn’t much else around, so it’s a decent walk to other restaurants/bars, or you would have to get back in your car/catch a ride
