Fast check in. Location. Fair price. The bed was at least clean.
Lots of signs of deferred maintenance. Throughout the building. And evidence the room was not cleaned completely beyond a change of sheets between guests. (Soap drips, unvacuumed floors, etc) A/c due for refrigeratrant refill and fan cleaning. At the very least the fan and filter clean would make the system more efficient, last longer, and be more cost effective than waiting until it failed. Not to mention energy savings.

Due to the construction in the area it was a bit difficult to find a way onto the street where the hotel was. It would be helpful to have some ramps instead of curbs to help with getting luggage in and out. The employee who checked me in didn't seem too thrilled to be there. The employee in the morning was very nice and friendly. He told me I could go ahead and go into the breakfast room a little early. Nice!

I like that the couch turned into a bed. Because I don't like sitting on the bed and try to watch TV. The fridge was also big enough to put stuff in.
The phone didn't work in the room. And we had to keep borrowing the iron from down stairs.

Beautifully decorated. Pet friendly. Great staff, Michelle & Vickie are phenomenal employees, lots of smiles & both are personable. Dan helped me in the morning with the luggage cart & loading my stuff into my car. Three great employees!

Excellent staff, clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful. Every staff member that passed asked how things were and if anything was needed.
Nothing bad to say. Every part of this stay was pleasurable. Pool could use some maintenance as paint was starting to peel.
