Breakfast was excellent. And right off the interstate. Price was a good deal.

Person checking us in was on the phone the whole time. Didn't give us any information like breakfast times, exercise room. She was very distracted.

Quiet. Very clean. Location was great. We didn't go back downtown. It was under construction so we chose to drive to the North Platte Exit east of ours to find a restaurant. The location was also easy to get on and off Interstate 80.

The abrupt greeting of "Do you have a pet?" I realize this is a pet friendly motel, but there are other ways to ask. Such as: "We are a pet friendly motel, and do you wish to declare a pet? We didn't have a pet. Sometimes the direct approach for a tired driver is a bit "in your face!" Of course, I realize that after a positive answer, the next question will be....what kind of pet? I didn't like the direct approach.

It’s close to good restaurants and downtown but not in town. Easy to get to. Clean motel. Provided a shower with a hand rail and shower chair like we asked. The bed was very low. Room was close to front desk on ground floor which was nice. Very good breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, etc. 6-9:30.

We got an accessible room. Bed was too soft and there was no freezer in the refrigerator. If you want more towels you must ask as they clean only every three days and we just stayed 2. I don’t mind this policy but we were not aware of it.

I had a king room. It was clean, though could use a coat of paint. The bed was comfy. I liked they had coffee in the lobby anytime you wanted it. Had to bring a cup from my room as they were out. No big deal other than going back up the stairs. What little staff I saw were friendly. The breakfast was good. Nothing spectacular. But it’s a free breakfast. I’d stay here again.

Clean!!! rooms, entrance, outside, the back, the grounds, everything was clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and area was always picked up. Arrived in North Platte after dark and during highway construction. We called the motel and the front desk was able to give us correct information to guide us to the front door. The motel is easy to get to, traffic light to make turn into motel., easy in and out and road construction will end. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Easy to book and great location just off of H-83. Great breakfast with more than enough options to choose from.

Check out process, I waited at the counter ringing the bell a few times, until I finally realized I could place my key cards into a bowl left on the counter that had a note on it. The employee was busy attending to the breakfast rush, no big deal, assuming they were the only one working.

Room and breakfast and staff were just fine. We would stay here again if we were in town. We got in somewhat late and we're quite tired so the beds felt very good.

We were coming from the North and the access to the hotel is a little odd coming from that direction. But not a big deal. Nothing the hotel can do about it

Hot breakfast with many choices. Lady who was in charge of it was constantly busy refilling food and cleaning. Friendly front desk staff. Clean updated room with comfy bed. Free Wi-Fi. Smart tv. Pet friendly. Great location right off of I-80.

I don’t have any complaints other than a $20 pet fee which is pretty common these days anywhere.

There is a park and hiking trail next door. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well maintained and fresh.

It was missing parts in the tub. There were holes in the walls and the light over the sink is dying. No make up light at all. Chair was stained and the curtains and coverlet have seen many days.

The bedsheets were awesome. SO Soft! I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I enjoyed the shower and the hairdryer. The location was pretty with a park and smaller lake to walk our dog. The breakfast was really good. Thank-you.

I didn't like how booking .com. didn't give us information about the pet fee or any pet information.
