It’s close to good restaurants and downtown but not in town. Easy to get to. Clean motel. Provided a shower with a hand rail and shower chair like we asked. The bed was very low. Room was close to front desk on ground floor which was nice. Very good breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, etc. 6-9:30.

We got an accessible room. Bed was too soft and there was no freezer in the refrigerator. If you want more towels you must ask as they clean only every three days and we just stayed 2. I don’t mind this policy but we were not aware of it.

Our room was clean. The person that checked us in when got there, was friendly.

We ate breakfast there and I made a waffle and my husband made some toast. We searched all over for butter, and there wasn't any. Also, my husband wanted some cold water to put in his coffee to cool it down, but no water carafe could we find. There were two carafes by the cereal that we didn't try because we figured they were milk. The breakfast was fine, but butter would have made it better.🙂

Room was larger than normal. AC worked. Drains were clear. New sink area update. wifi was OK. Breakfast had plenty choices and staff kept it well supplied. Nancy "at check-in" was very helpful and patient since I needed to make my reservation on line. Thank You Nancy. Towels were large and like new. Lighting was enough.

bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint. Could use a charging station at the desk. No other dislikes.

The Quality Inn in North Platte was immediately off of the interstate, recently remodeled bathroom, comfortable bed, breakfast had multiple juices, toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, yogurt, hot chocolate, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, multiple cold cereals to choose from and all you can eat, serve yourself!! Delightful, courteous and friendly staff.

The bathroom remodel was not quite complete but working.

Room etc. very clean with a comfortable bed with soft sheets. Breakfast had many healthy options available with plenty of variety of good food!

Staffing shortages. Room had upgrades but the bathroom shower/toilet area showed it's age and had a need for upgrading like was completed in the rest of the room.

The price was affordable, and check-in only took minutes. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was great though crowded, which made me a little nervous re: covid. The hotel was quiet and seemed safe. The pool was warm and relaxing.

Weirdly, the hot tub had been removed and filled with a fake flower garden. It was a little disappointing.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I did think it felt a little dated but overall it met my need for an overnight stay. The breakfast was fantastic.

The room was good value and as already mentioned the breakfast was great. I didn't use the indoor pool but it did look like an enjoyable feature for whoever wished to use it.

The staff was super friendly. The room was plenty big and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen and eaten in a hotel in a long time. They had waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels just about anything you wanted. I would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat!

Nothing, everything was excellent and up to my standards.

Clean and comfy room. Great value for the money. They had the best breakfast I've had for quite some time as far as hotel breakfasts

Not a big deal, but the bathroom had some paint peeling off the wall. Just not a good look

We had family reunion. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked great. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Pool was clean and heated very relaxing. Morning breakfast had waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy . Cereal something for everyone
