No breakfast but, there is coffee in reception from 7am. This motel is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE, it’s close to the edge of a small town where the stark mountains rise straight to the sky and wild donkeys roam the streets. It has a real charm, the room was furnished with vintage eclectic taste and there were prints of USSR cosmonauts on the wall. It is a fabulous small town motel with friendly talkative staff. We were recommended a local diner for breakfast and a veterans club for dinner. We went to the club, where we had to sign in and a home cooked food with locals around us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The staff was very responsive and friendly. The rooms were simple and the location was walking distance to a few restaurants. The wild burros came for a visit while we were sitting outside, so that was cute. :)

Our doorknob fell off (it was weird) when I was locking up to go out to eat and they moved us to another room, which was very, very cold and took forever to heat up (like, many, many hours --- the heater didn't seem to be working properly). The doorknob seemed new, so I have no idea how it came apart and fell off. I appreciated their response and moving us immediately, it was just a bit of an inconvenience that we didn't expect.

I liked the alien and space theme. Very fun! And the room decor was great, the room was spacious, and had a large table and chairs. It was clean and had several lamps. The location was convenient to Death Valley and right on 95.

Access to the rooms was a little tricky, with stairs at either far end of the "porch." Steps in the middle, where cars park, would have been very helpful. The one time I wanted a hair dryer, there was not one. Not a huge deal, but just mentioning. Also, there were no paper cups to make tea, but the office loaned me a hot water maker.

Super quick check in, property is older but really well kept and clean. The person who checked me in also suggested a good place for dinner which was really a nice touch. Unlike a lot of older properties this place had great lighting everywhere! Just after check-in I was greeted by a few wild burros that are apparently fond of apples according to one of the employees - they made quite the welcoming party. I also liked the atomic era pictures on the walls.

I liked the Location. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot. The staff went beyond my expectations. The Wi-Fi was capable of video conferencing without even any hesitation. And the burros strolling by was a bonus. The old movie posters were quite entertaining.

I’m not used to steps so I was a bit surprised by the steps. That was at first glance. They turned out to not be a problem at all.

We arrived late and left early but the room was everything we needed it to be. Keys left for us to collect made everything easy.

Not re the hotel but worth noting the road out of death valley is closed due to weather damage so access from the park involves a very long detour.

Fun little motor inn on the outskirts of Death Valley. Beatty has bands of roving wild burros which greeted us in the morning outside our room, which was fun.

No complaints at all. This is an older motel, but they have modernized in some respects (flat screen TV, for example). It was clean and comfortable and near Death Valley and the price is right.

Beatty is really an awesome town to stay to visit Death Valley. The receiptionist gave us great recommendations for coffee and food. Great view of some desert mountains from right outside the motel.

It wasn't that clean and the room was a bit old. But for this price in this location, it's still good.

Staff were great, very helpful and informative. Check in was easy, room was large and comfortable. Property itself was located very close to dining options. Check out the VFW bar for cold drinks and great food. Also check out Mel's diner for one of the best most authetnic breakfasts we have ever had.

Lovely location! Can't help but mentioning the wild burros (don't feed them!) traipsing through town, making our stay so special. Staff very helpful and nice. Room was cozy and I love that we parked just feet from our door. Great experience overall and such an excellent value.
