though an older facility, the staff was exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and plentiful. We've frequented several times before and will again when we are in the area to visit family. I'm sorry to hear that the property is being sold to a chain and I sincerely hope they keep the friendly and courteous staff that makes Railroad Pass the pleasant place it's always been.

The location was great. Right in between the strip and hoover dam, making both accessible. Food was a good price and good quality. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It's obviously a truck driver Casino but caters to everyone and I'll be back for sure.

Parking was a little tough at times. None of the ice machines worked, so you just had to go to the bar. TV didn't work but didn't even notice until the day we checked out so it wasn't a big deal.

Room was quiet and away from casino noise and they are pet friendly.

The security latch on the door was missing screws so it wasn't effective. The door connecting the room next to us was secured only with a slide lock and no deadbolt lock. $150 pet deposit was high, especially since their website said $100. I don't like having to wait for the pet deposit refund to have to show up from affirm since I paid the hotel directly for that when I checked in. Bad policy.

We liked how easy it was to get to everything. The food value specials and the quality of food. Breakfast was great, as all the meals were and the service. The room was good and good location. The bed was ok, kinda hard.

You could hear everyone above our floor, we were on 3. Bed was kinda hard, but ok. We like were the handicapped parking was, would have like a couple more open spots. Casino kinda was smokey smelling.

Food was excellent and serve was prompt reasonable pricing for as much food they give you.

I acknowledge the $100.00 dollars holding fee for incidental reasons. But, I had to wait almost 10 days for it to be place back until my card. I make a phone to casino receptionist and spoke to the Mgr. Regarding why it takes 10 days most casinos it the following day they need to improve this matter.

Excellent location at the south end of Las Vegas. Have stopped here many times and will continue to do so when passing through.

The interior of the rooms are showing their age. When updating the bathrooms, consider comfort height toilets for those of us who don't need a handicap room but would appreciate not having to strain the knees to get off a toilet!

Long walk from elevator to my room. Told them in advanced I was handicap, and didn't walk very well. Fees and different taxes were very high, about half or more what the charges for the room was. Took a $100.00 deposit off my card for security reason. slow removing it. That cut into my funds for playing their.

The food was excellent! The customer service was great. The accommodations were cool. I enjoyed the history of the location and hotel.

The only issue was when we were with a family member outside the security came out all weird. We are black so we are used to this but not at a hotel in Vegas.

The convenience of location. To Henderson and Boulder city. Hotel staff was great and the way they treated us from checking in to checking out.

The wait for the food, and the waiting for tickets to pay. Some of the waitresses were very poor service while some were great. Good with the bad I guess.

clean Newly redecorated. spacious and good looking. good benefits for frequent visitors. Military benefits. staff wonderful. moved our room to accommodate my handicapped husband. would highly recommend. this hotel. good food. generous free drinks
