the two ladies at the desk were amazing in every way! my daughter in law said they treated us like we’re guests in their own home. there was an issue with the pool, however they arranged for us to use the neighboring hotel pool. everyone was very accommodating including the people at the neighboring pool. there was other guests that were not understanding, in fact very rude to the ladies. the ladies were champs in every way handling the situation. in fact true pros!

had trouble with the A/C in our room. couldn’t get it to stay on. we however are greatly blessed with everything else.

I have high expectations in todays society even though I haven’t changed my standards.. everyone else has. With that said, from the service, to the room everything was fantastic. The staff were delightful and the room spotless. The breakfast wasn’t bad and I usually don’t eat any hot food at continental breakfasts. All in all, A++

Friendly, accommodating staff, clean, quiet updated rooms with views of the mountains. The breakfast was better than most. There were three different egg offerings, bacon, and two different kinds of sausages, plus oatmeal and cereals, etc. The rooms had a separate area for the fridge and microwave, like a kitchenette. Nice to have that away from the beds. We’ll-run and recommended.

everything! it exceeded our expectations for what we thought a Holiday Inn would be. Clean, updated, great size room, nice bathroom, super cozy beds and incredible staff. I haven’t seen that kind of hospitality and service in a long time much less at aHoliday Inn. some larger, expensive hotel chains could take a few pages if notes from the staff at HIE in Elko. who knew…..highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

The staff was professional and was very helpful. They helped by giving us the things we needed to clean up after our son who got carsick. They were kind as well. The room was clean and pretty fancy looking inside. Offered complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.

The breakfast wasn’t the most amazing. The cinnamon or sweet rolls were a bit too sweet and too dry.

The staff was so lovely and amazing, they helped us work through booking.com screwing up our reservation. They were kind, quick, and polite in dealing with us and helping us handle booking.com.

Booking.com completely screwed up my reservations and almost left us without a place to sleep for the night. Thankfully the hotel staff was wonderful and helped us through the tough situation.

We booked this last minute as we were on a long road trip from California to Park City. We had top notch customer service, especially from Ariel at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful as we checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very satisfying with great selection. We did not use the fitness room or pools since our stay was short, but would recommend this to travelers passing through.

We only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant surprise for us. Better than expected. Room was very clean and spacious. Beds very nice. Bathroom was also very nice. Fitness room was much better than expected. Breakfast was amazingly better than expected.

I liked how friendly the guy at the front desk was. He was so accomodating and answered all my question. He made a very good first impression.

I wish there were a restaurant on the property so I don’t have to get in my car to eat dinner. When you are on the road all day, you don’t want to do any extra driving.

Location was easy to access from the highway and to return to the interstate. The rooms are large with many conveniences. The beds were comfortable with clean and cozy bedding. The breakfast was great! There were many options to choose from, even gluten-free!

Couldn’t find luggage carts but they had them. That’s it!
