Security was on point as I saw a security guard patrolling on foot in the parking lot. The parking lot was well lighted. Close to the freeway is always a plus. Room was clean, the sheets were washed and sanitized, and the A/C was already running when I arrived to my room.

I was in the lobby and the front desk at 7AM and i did not witness any breakfast or continental breakfast being served. Better service of breakfast ie; juice, snacks, toast, etc.as I am a type 1 diabetic. I would have liked it if breakfast was more visual as to where the food and drinks were located, possibly using signs to point where they would be located at.

motels are getting to expensive to stay in I travel a lot for my job and been staying in motels for more then 30 years and to charge over a hundred bucks for a super 8 is ridiculous yeah I understand inflation but the ratio between room cost and the cost to maintain a motel has really gotten out of hand

Staff from housekeeping and front desk were beyond friendly and helpful. Clean Bed Clean Floors. I felt vary welcomed from the time I went in to my last moments out. I felt like I was at home.

I've stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Fernley in Fernley. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Property was clean, room was clean. Bed and pillows were perfect. Your staff member Mary or Nancy who worked Friday afternoon was amazing and helpful .

I feel from being in customer service that your counter staff could be a bit more personable. The shower needs some work

Very friendly staff and maid service. Room was cleaned and organized extremely well. Very accommodating. On site parking and in a safe area. Quiet and comfortable.

Floors were tiled, not carpeted. A.C. was in back wall, not by window. Allowed room to be comfortable & more quiet.

Breakfast was small, which is ok, just hoping for a little more substance.

Soft bed, comfortable reading chair, good lighting in the room and big clean bathroom. I love staying here on my way thru Nevada. Always a good value and a comfortable room. The staff is always friendly and efficient. A 5 star stay.
