We booked with the idea of having a back to school shopping trip with our teenagers and spending a day at the water park, and this is the perfect hotel for that. Next time we come to Reno I think we'll do the same thing--much better than staying in the casinos. No smoking, no depressing slot machines anywhere. Nice, quiet hotel. The workout room is great, and the snack bar area with drinks, chips, snacks, ice creams, breakfast items to buy & a microwave is really convenient. The ability to just walk over to the outlets is awesome. Great fancy restaurant on the water a short walk from the hotel. I might bring my dog next time, as there's a good path for walking and a little lawn out front.

There was a little bit of jockeying for the charger with the electric car on the busiest night, but it mostly worked out. They're going to need to add more chargers, and a supercharger obviously would be really nice.

Easy check in. Christmas Eve. Quiet evening. We asked if there were rooms with any view and they put us in a fourth floor overlooking the lake and marina with the mountains in the back ground. The lights on the lake and marina were beautiful all night but waking up Christmas morning to the sun hitting the snowcapped peaks of the mountain range to the west was beyond spectacular. Ask for a west facing room, forth floor if possible. Sparks is just to the east of Reno and well worth being a few minutes out of town.

all was typical Hampton good.

Breakfast was great. A lot of variety and good food. We enjoyed the pool all by ourselves. The pool was clean and there was a restroom right in the pool area.

The roundabout threw us off a bit. We even have a roundabout in our neighborhood but this one was super busy. I would have liked specific instructions on how to maneuver it. We would have liked a hot tub- we missed that here.

What I didn't like was in regards to you, Booking.com. I thought the first fee of $208 was the nightly fee and it turned out I paid 3 varied fees for the nights I was there. Not good. I thought I would be told that upon booking the room.

Newer hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of shops nearby.

There was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet apon arrival and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. We ate breakfast a little late and most things were out of stock.

Everything. The room was very clean. Nice view of the lake from our room. Shower was awesome. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel in a long time. Staff was also super friendly. Close to a lot of places to eat

Bed was a little harder than I would have liked.

The pool was closed, I wish they would have announced this at check in. But they did let us use the pool at the hotel next door

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Hunter was working the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. When we found that our suite was missing the microwave, he brought one right up.

We found the price to be a bit high but we had a restful stay on a long road trip.

Everything from easy parking, quick check in, comfortable room, great breakfast, and even a nightlight in the bathroom (!!) were greatly appreciated! 10 out of 10! Thank you!

Wi-Fi was awful. Try better drapes for more privacy.

My husband left a pair of pajama bottoms in the bed. I called right away the next day to tell them since we were coming back in 2 days to stay again, could they keep them for us. They said they did not find them. We know they were in the bed. Too bad we couldn't get them back.
