This hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The whole interior is stunning and so modern in comparison to a lot of hotels on the strip. The food hall (we unfortunately discovered late in our stay) was amazing, the burger from Capones was one of the best burgers we have had, and we couldn’t start our day without a coffee from chez Bon Bon. The hotel is just slightly further out but an Uber into the main strip is very cheap & makes it worth especially given the price of rooms. I recently stayed in the Marina Bay Sands hotel, Singapore for over double the price per night and the FB amenities were far superior and nicer. It doesn’t feel as mobbed as the other hotels which makes it more relaxing and enjoyable. However I’m sure it will quickly become the go to hotel in Vegas once enough people experience how lovely it is. There are also 3 pools outside and plenty sunchairs to enjoy. All the staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was beautiful. Everywhere we went we were delighted with beautiful decor and high end finishings. The smoke was tolerable compared to most casinos because of the openness. The food was fantastic!
The cost of the room was reasonable, but everything else was outrageously expensive. Drinks by the pool were 30-40 dollars each. The food was expensive. Spa treatments were 300-400 dollars and more. It just seemed like you had to pick and choose what to do because your money doesn't get you very far here. We couldn't splurge as much as we wanted to on casinos, spa treatments, and fine dining.

Breakfast at Vida was excellent. Variety of choices available. Recommend! This is our second time staying at this hotel. Last time was November 2024.Personlly, I like being close to the strip without being right in the middle of the strip. I rated cleanliness down because I noticed some issues and brought them to the attention of staff. If you see something, say something to help with the upkeep of this beautiful hotel as well as to benefit the next guest.
Cleanliness issue in room. Found a sheer that was ripped, stains on the ceiling, and hair on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping just needs to take time to clean and thoroughly inspect the room. I’m speaking on this subject from experience as I cleaned rooms as a young adult.

Modern, nice architecture
Location is at the end of the strip. Everything requires a cab ride.

Still very new and but some shopping spaces still need some filling.
* staff mixing up trying to be cool with being really arrogant. Are they not allowed to smile? My family never felt welcome(d) (except by the Concierge). Check-out was a really bad experience, not even a thank you for having stayed with us. * distance from parking to guest rooms * pool experience overall: closing at 7pm, no way to get a simple ice cream after 4.30pm (timing was not even mentioned on the menu) $23 for a simple small cocktail consisting of almost nothing but ice * At check-in not mentioning the $50 food/drink credit per day, so we lost the first day

Being a brand new hotel, it was grand in size and very clean. Loved the fresh flowers in the lobby and other sitting areas. One can just enjoy chilling in the promenade or walking inside the hotel. Front desk staffs were wonderful when we first check in and upgraded our room.
Entering and exiting the garage is so screwy. You really have to maneuver your steering wheel properly so as not to hit your car where they installed divider. No stop signs in intersections inside the parking garage and some drivers don't slow down at all. Management of the hotel should install speed humps or stop signs where it is applicable. Whoever design the entrance/exit way of the parking garage should be ashame. It was done very poorly

The Property is gorgeous! They were very busy due to the conferences this weekend but Jay at the Front desk is amazing and took excellent care of my husband and I for our 11 year Wedding Anniversary. The fresh flowers and the beautiful restaurant decor is top-tier. We dined at Cafe Vida and everything was wonderful. We loved the pool as well the whole area is huge.
The only thing I would add is that the toilet and the bathroom floors were not thoroughly cleaned in our room. I found myself wiping the toilet seat as soon as we arrived with a lot of leftover dirt on it and stains inside the toilet that didn't go away after flushing. Also, the floors still had dirt marks on the bathroom floor. I currently work in Property management so attention to detail is important.

Rooms were clean, great, service was good. We ran into the cleaning crew two times (one in the morning, the other in the afternoon), both times staff was very friendly and noticed some things to add. The toilet was acting up and they immediately sent a mechanic to fix it which came around within 30 mins. Overall there was a good level of cleanness to the hotel that was greatly appreciated.
Some minor things, the shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't great. The conditioner is really hard to get out due to the bottles being relatively solid. Another small point was some of the additional offerings they had, which were not explained all that well. The 50 dollar credit per day was supposedly only spendable on areas around the pool whereas initially we thought it was all the food places around the venue. A little bit more explanation at the reception would've helped to explain that properly.

This is a brand new five star property with elegant decorative rooms with fabulous views of Las Vegas strip and mountains. All staff is extremely service conscious and accommodating. The entrance foyer is completely remote from the casino with high ceilings and a gigantic display of fresh long stem roses at the center. The casino is laid out in a circular design with an elevated round bar and lounge at the center covered by a gigantic chandelier consisting of translucent hanging rectangular glass. Definitely on par with Bellagio standards, but at the north end of The Strip. The food court on the third floor provides fast but high end food, like a sushi roll stand as well as fine dining restaurants.
The pool on the third floor was still closed and parts of the property are still under construction.

Loved the property, new, beautiful and clean. Room that we got had advanced technology. The parking was new and spacious. The seciurity and the houskeeping was exceptionally helpful.
The casino floor smelled like cigarettes (not uncommon in vegas). The location was not the best (though still pretty good). Not a lot of food options. (Compared to other properties)
