Two welcome bottles of water, very good location close to the Strip and easily connected to the airport, no noise from the street, pleasant staff, relatively clean room, comfortable bed, swimming pool included, free and delicious donuts every day, quick check in / out, tv worked but you have to fiddle with the remote control a bit to run the programs, big plus microwave and fridge in the room, spacious room. $100 deposit returned on time.

A bit polluted pool and dirty sunbeds, no 24h reception, no cutlery and no kettle, no paper towels in the kitchen and very weak wifi that hardly worked at all.

It was nice & quiet, not directly on the strip but close enough to walk. There was a Ross and Walgreens nearby. The lobby and rooms were modern and roomy. Rooms had microwaves, refrigerators, and all the basic necessities. Our beds were comfortable. The staffs were nice & attentive. We would stay here again! :)

I noticed my feet were black and dirty after a while. They only had stairs, which was challenging with a lot of luggage and kids (wished they had elevators or escalators lol). The parking was only one way in and one way out, and was kind of tight. The doors outside the buildings did not lock like how it was supposed to - no card key needed to get inside the hallways to the rooms.

Super location for attending a convention at the LVCC - it's right next to West Hall. Clean, practical, nice size room, easy parking. Surprisingly quiet. Awesome donuts in the lobby. A microwave & fridge! Plus good food next door (Bagelmania/Deli) or half a block away. Also, a CVS on the corner for any kind of supplies.

Laundry room had several out-of-order units - washers and dryers both, though they still had working units, so we were not put out (plus a service call was already scheduled for the following morning, so maybe it's all fixed now). Sliding doors on the closet were rough - the lower track had been damaged and one door was difficult to move.

Third time staying there and I appreciated it even more this time - it's cheaper than the big casinos but now in an even better location as most of the night and club crawls I did started or ended at Resorts World, 7 mins' walk away. It's also 10 minutes walk to Encore/Wynn and 22 minutes walk to Treasure Island, The Venetian etc, which is closer than a lot of the hotels down strip, as XS and EBC at night/day and Zouk are among the best clubs! And you don't have to walk AT ALL to get out of you room, you're outside in a second and can get an Uber or walk to strip. I will be choosing it over the big casinos for that convenience reason alone (have you tried getting an Uber from the rideshare areas in the big casinos??), PLUS it's cheaper. It also has a microwave and a fridge, no crockery but the Walgreens on the corner has cheap plastic cups (and tequila glasses hehe). Huge room, huge comfortable bed, good and large smart TV to blast Youtube on hehe.

Unfortunately on my last day a leak started coming under the floor dampening a patch of the carpet that got quite large the next day, so luckily it was my last night and day because the water was spreading and wet every time I walked to the bathroom or stood in front of the mirror... would have been a big problem if it wasn't my last night and day! They were trying to fix it though.

The location is perfect for walking to the Strip or Convention Center and being next door to Bagelmania & a block from Piero’s was perfect. We actually ate all our meals from Bagelmania. Parking is included & the property is patrolled all night & well-lit. It was surprisingly quiet in the area overnight maybe because Concention Center Drive isn’t a much used street.

Check-in was delayed because the front desk attendant had stepped away for 30 minutes. Understandable, but irritating when you’ve been traveling for hours & just want to get some rest. Also, there is no ice maker & the $7 bag of ice we bought at the 7Eleven barely fit into the freezer space in the hotel-sized refrigerator. The A/C in our room didn’t work very good either but it was cool enough to open the window.

Only 5-7 minutes walk strip, opposite Resorts World Las Vegas. I also discovered this time you could cut across a car park and it wasn't far from McDonalds either! Then only like 12 mins walk to Wynn/Encore and a bit further depending on which casino you're going e.g. 20 from Flamingo (or something like that). Not far at all, but Ubers are very easy to catch as you just walk down and grab rather in the street rather than walk a country mile through your hotel to the rideshare area. After staying here and Best Western Casino Royale (my preference but too expensive now) I wouldn't stay at one of the big hotels where it takes you as long just to get out of your room and to reception as this does to get to the strip (Fat Tuesday, Denny's, 7 Eleven all right nearby for your early morning or late night needs. I didn't bother with bagel place next door this time as the queue is too long. Driving from airport you take a different road that's not the strip.

Uber drivers don't know where this is as I think it's changed its name but just give them the address. Unsurprisingly booked out some weeks before I stayed. As I said before, don't just type in Siegel or they'll take you to the wrong one as there are multiple.

We loved just about everything!!!! the room was big, clean, quiet, we melted into the bed it was so comfy, towels were thick and soft, The shower was amazing, great hot water, great pressure, I was thankful that the room did not have a smoke smell, it was very refreshing But tobe honest the best part about our stay was the staff, They were so friendly and attentive. Worth every penny, from now on its the only place I’ll stay whenever we visit Vegas

We only had a couple small issues one being our TV every time we turned it off we have to call front desk for them to reset the remote to turn it on, which they did immediately and we’re so polite about it, another was parking One side of parking is for compact cars the other is for regular vehicles which most of the time was full with only one handicap parking spot, last wasn’t really an issue but it was a kitchenette but didn’t Have any kind of plates/bowls/utensils. None of our issues were a big deal. We will still only stay here when we come to visit Vegas.

The check-in process was really smooth and the ladies at reception were super helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, we were given a quiet room as requested. The little kitchenette was really helpful for a longer stay. Loved the daily doughnuts. Will definitely stay in room 104 again. The hotel is a bit older, and a bit dated, but everything is functional and working.

Nothing really. Maybe just some cups and cutlery for rent as the kitchenette is great but you will need your own cutlery and plates - we just used disposably.

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance from the center of the strip. It was a quiet neighborhood because of this. The room was good for the price you pay for, it was clean and served it’s purpose.

The pool was still not in service unfortunately and we stayed on nice/ sunny days in hopes to use it. Other than that nothing else.
