City Center Motel

I made a mistake in my booking process; instead of booking the 17th I booked the 18th, I know, I was super tired plus I had a troubles with the app and I didn’t re check for the times. Anyways, the Motel has a non-refundable policy and what I went to the motel that night and spoked with the front desk about it and I payed out of pocket for that night and I stayed there. Next morning I spoke with the manager and he was so kind and he understood very well my situation. He shortly started the refund for the upcoming night at no cost. They were very attentive and the motel is in great location btw, I enjoyed my stay that night cause you have literally tons of casinos everywhere and a super night clubs every where. It was amazing. Thank you.

The manager was excellent, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly a great asset to the business. The roomservce was also very hard working and efficient. Location was ideal for the city and for access to the freeway and grand canyon tour....

Noise and music from the club up until 3.30am..

The staff which is short of people and they are all new are working so hard and so many hours and making it work they are Andrew, Lee, Kennet and Mingh. All have gone above and beyond to assist me at my stay here which I have stayed a couple of different times. This is why I just re-booked with them again because of the staff!

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. I had misplaced an important item and they managed to get it back to me. Friendly from beginning to end. Many thanks to them, especially at the front desk.

The rooms are a bit dated, thus there’s quite a bit of wear. Older blankets etc. No fault of the people who work here though.

Was able to call the gentleman for help and he was able to walk me through the steps to book gave me a price told me what to push and I was set able to check in and less than an hour and I was off to bed thank you

What's in the room it was nice and clean I was satisfied and I was well rested to continue my day

I love the convenience and location of property. Staff is friendly and always very helpful. Never run into any problems and I also have stayed here a couple times.

Nothing bad to say.

Room is spacious, about what you would expect from an economy hotel.

We had gotten there early, the parking situation looks as if it would be rough if you arrive later.

the toilet was small and when i shower it was sometimes cold or suddenly hot or the other way around and the room smelled like an ashtray

My first time in Vegas and it was awesome!! They definitely made sure we were taken care of.

I can't say one bad thing about the motel and it's staff! They were very nice and it was a pleasure to meet them.

We really enjoyed the stay as well as it being very close to our favorite spot; Fremont Street. It was priced very well for not having much time or money to plan for this trip.

Inside the restroom/shower there was black mold. I have pictures but it’s not uploading
