I am not very good with new technology of "mobile self registration". "Concierge walked me through the entire process, including making parking check-out with room key simple! The rooms looked recently upgraded and were clean and comfortable.

The entrance to self parking and check-in were very confusing. Entered the correct way off Las Vegas Blvd but drove in and out and around the block 2 more times before parking and just dragging our bags from the car to the check-in. There were cars exiting the entrance to the check-in the first pass, so I thought I was going the wrong way. Would have liked coffee in the room.

First time at Harrah's but would stay again.

The liquor store downstairs was awfully expensive.

The rooms were clean; the beds comfortable. The housekeeping staff responded very quickly to requests (texts to AI concierge). The check in process was very fast via kiosk with plenty of assistance if needed.

There is very small 12” closet space (mountain tower) and it is inside the UNVENTED (no fan) bathroom. We had to ask for hangers, lotion. The vanity stool was missing. The shower was so open that the floor was always wet whenever it was used. The gym has too many old, broken machines. When they renovated, the gym was not done.

Location, check-in, check-out process,

The bathroom door is extremely intrusive when another person is using the sink. Pool closing at 6:00 pm when the heat is above 100 degrees past 8:00, pm when it is still daytime. No fridge in the room. The cigarette smell throughout the casino was worst than others.

I was assigned to the Valley Towers. Check-in was quick with the help of the computers system. Seems a little strange with less personal assistance but all in all the stay was "Awesome".

More restaurant choices. Besides the food court, Pizza, Burgers, Asian area....We tried to get a meal after the Super Bowl at the Oyster Bar...But was told at 9:00 p.m., they were closed...No cafe setting that we have been use to for a late meal after gambling.

the bathroom setup is ridiculous. no privacy in the bathroom since it’s a sliding door and the shower had no door meaning all the water was just spilling out so we had to use a ton of towels to make sure it wasn’t soaking up the whole floor

The staff don’t really help they just send u to machine’s to chek in and out. And they don’t even bother to ask if we need help

my husband slip on he’s shoes strings when leaving the room about 5 or 6 young men stood and laugh, instead of coming to help him up, he cut he’s finger deep and scrape he’s elbow we was on our way too an wedding reception. went back to room, finger bleeding an lot came down stair security said first aide was not available now, he gave us the bandages he had , but had to go purchase some more, sorry there was blood on the sheet from the cut try to clean up. had told the maid give up fifteen minutes we be out for her to clean. maid came after we left. to clean room, left the bleeding sheet on the bed. didn’t leave small towels. and up on our returning from wedding reception. she left the door open. nothing was missing. ok thanks was reading our day on Saturday there.
