It is a holiday resort, therefore rooms are spacious and with all ammenities required even for a longer stay. We stayed for two nights only as a break during our national parks tours of West Coast. There are several pools in the hotel, but rather small and not enough of them as for the hotel size. Parking is large with shades so cars are not overheated when one enters. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area waaaaay to small for number of guests.

Reception and guest relations staff are very pushy which spoils first impression. Location is rather far from the strip, and transport option in LV are not best. Walk to the strip is via rather uninviting neibourhood. More space at breakfast could improve its quality. As for vacation resorst, pool areas should be much bigger.

The rooms are relatively big with a kitchen and walking closet. If you are a big family or going to pre or after party its a perfect place. Parking is also FREE !

Its not right on the strip but its a 10 minutes walk to the strip.

I liked the room, the size of the beds, the pools were nice (maybe a bit to much disinfectant in them), the activity center, and the fact that there were washer and dryer in the suite.

I was very disappointed to have booked the hotel advertised as “breakfast included” to get to the hotel and be told I can’t get breakfast for the entire stay “because that info did not transferred from booking.com to us”.

the timeshare presentation claimed to be just 90 minutes turned into more like 3-4 hours and was deeply predatory for a product I honestly wouldn’t have minded learning about or purchasing if i wasn’t being forced to do it right there in that moment when i had literal vacation plans to attend to. also multiple things in our room like the stereo and the ac and the hair dryers were not working. luckily the staff was very promt in coming up to fix/ replace them but still inconvenient

Our apartment was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. The resort facilities and staff were both very good and exceeded our expectations.

The listing states that breakfast is included, which isn't strictly true. We were credited with $30 per day in total for a family of four. Also, on some days, the airplanes landing at the airport were loud from 5am until midnight.

Our room exceeded our expectations- we were very impressed with the living area and kitchen and beautifully decorated!

We were next to the parking lot and could hear the noise of workers in the am - very small inconvenience.

The room (apartment) is very comfortable, and there is a truly full kitchen with a stove and a stove top, and all the utensils you'd expect. The beds are great, and the place is very clean. There are even washer and a dryer in the apartment itself. The pools are very nice, and it's a walking distance from Cesar Palace.

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST!!! It says here on booking - "including breakfast", well it's simply NOT TRUE. What you get is a 30$ credit PER ROOM (regardless of how many staying) to use in the resort restaurant - it can hardly buy a breakfast for 2, definitely not for a family. So - NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED!

The acces to the pools in each area was awesome and so was the staff zack gave great service and even better recommendations on places to go, not to mention the great view of the new concert globe that is being built although the traffic from on lookers of the globe was a bit Annoying but still an all around great trip

The main thing for me even booking the villa was for the huge tub in the master to soak, but I couldn’t use it the whole time I was there, I could only shower which really sucked cause I just wanted to soak for a few hours but couldn’t

The rooms were awesome, lots of space, had a great kitchen, laundry and drying room. It was like having our own apartment. The pools in every section are handy. Great games room for the kids.

Having to spend 2 hours at the Vacations seminar to get cash back or food and beverage credit. Initially saying it is 90 minutes, it went for well over 2 hours The initial description of the hotel says 'breakfast included', then read the fine print, it's $30 only. The vacations concept sounds like a great scheme if had the time and money to fly from Oz to various parts of the world to use it

Fantastic location, near to the strip but away from all of the noise. Lovely apartment with plenty of space and its own washer and dryer. Clean and well maintained throughout the hotel. Great WiFi and lovely swimming pools.

The breakfast was nice but really confusing with the $30 voucher per room. They billed us for the full amount at the restaurant and then the front desk deducted the $30. They should just include the breakfast as stated. Also, the restaurant is too small to cater for the number of guests and the waiting staff are quite slow to serve. We were told to wait in the hotel lobby and we would be called in but we gave up in the end as we had to drive back to LA and it was taking too long.
