The hotel allowed me to drop off my bags before check in so I could explore then also allowed this upon check out. Loved the atmosphere stayed in the pyramid Room was huge for 1 person. The bed was comfy for me I luv a firm bed.. Bathroom was clean and spacious loved that there was 3 towels and plenty of face cloths. The lifts are a bit janky but it is a old hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were so helpful with my payment faux pas. They have a food court but I only brought cheesy chips that were average but I guess that's what you get with fast food. Over all my stay at the Luxor was awesome.

Partly me not reading the small print and thinking I had already paid for my whole stay only to be told at the front desk that I had only paid for 1night and that was just the room not the resort fees or the tax's or the safety deposit. I wish they would make this more clearer on booking.com. There was no mention of a incidental deposit. This threw my budget out. Beware read the small print.

Although this hotel is down the far end of the strip from all the activity, I liked this as it meant I could walk the length of the strip and then catch the Deuce back instead of walking one way and then having to head back to go the other way. Room was fairly modern and was nice and clean.

Very easy to get lost in the hotel. The signage of where to go isn’t super clear and often you’ll follow an Exit sign just for it to lead you to an Emergency exit. It also does smell pretty strongly of cigarettes and there aren’t many cheap food options available in the hotel or nearby.

Impressive mostly the building and casino. Friendly staff.

The inside of the hotel needs to be renovated. The buffet wasn't as good as it used to be not worth the money. Most facilities were closed, like the beep pool was closed, and only 3ft was open, and the spa was closed. They held 100$ for the deposit and returned it 3 days after we left, so it limited our expenses on our trip.. something i wish i knew beforehand.

the rooms in the towers are spacious, modern and clean. huge very comfy bathtub and shower, my blow dryer didn’t work but other than that everything was really nice. great value for the price

the first night I got an “upgrade” to a premier pyramid suite . although the rooms have been renovated, the Furniture looked old, wood chipped off and the low ceilings (mind the shape of the pyramid) made me feel claustrophobic. no usb plugs either. if you can stay in the tower. so much nicer a bit far off the strip

The lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. The buffet was also delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel had a nice aesthetic, and the pool looked amazing, wish we had had more time to enjoy.

We got in very late after a music festival and waited in line for 20+ mins at the check in desk even though there were multiple people working and not a huge amount of people in line. We then waited for 15 more minutes for the bell hop to get our bag we had left even though there was no one else ahead of us. So it took us almost an hour to actually get to our room after getting in line for check in.

Good location, great being connected to other resorts and clean.

No parasols around the pool unless you pay, uncomfortable pillows and the room smelt slightly damp and air con wasn’t strong enough for us.

The location. It was on the Strip so you had still the buses and such and you had the "Las Vegas" feeling; However, it was on one end of the Strip, so it was also quiet and relaxing and felt safe, so for me, it was the perfect location. People that like a lot of sensory stimuli, might prefer a different location. It's an iconic over-the-top thematic Las Vegas hotel. I liked its casino, I felt the way it was organized and its lightning was ideal for exciting but not stressful gambling. It's a very interesting experience to stay at the pyramid. And the room was very comfy, clean, and incredibly spacious. The pool was nice and lively while still relaxing. The value for money is out of this world.

I wasn't a fan of pyramids elevators, they feel like you are riding a less safe version of Disney's tower of terror.

Rooms were excellent. Access to show excellent. Staff was great. Food was good.

The elevator situation was horrible. They were not working properly and there is not enough of them. We waited 40 minutes to check in l, along with 35 minutes to get to our floor when we first arrived. The elevators shake and sometimes bypass the floor you key in, even though the green was lit up. Speaking with multiple guests (while waiting for elevators) , they expressed the same frustrations. I will not stay there again, due to this, which is a shame because all other aspects of the hotel were great. Also, do not expect to find good parking on a Sunday during football season unless the Raiders have an away game.. We were forced to Valet at $40 per day, because the Luxor, nor the hotel next door, had self parking available.

For the most part the facility was very respectful and would help you with trying to find where you need to go. Beds were comfy and the price was right

How everyone was trying to pull you in to buy their product, even after you say no they still push. Whether it had been the salon or even the people working for the hotel "giving away free stuff" they just never took no for an answer
