The location. I stayed here due to concert. If not for that I would have stayed elsewhere.

I didn't like the lack of toiletries available. They have really cut back on this. I didn't like the coffee was not complimentary!! Seriously are things that bad? You put a coffee pot in the room but charge for the coffee. This used to be my favorite hotel on the strip but I'll think twice about it next time. The room was average. I remember before it being amazing. What's changed?

the rooms were great

the mini bar rules are crazy! if you “touch” or “move” an item you are charged for it. you can’t open or use the mini fridge or you will be charged.

Lovely hotel rooms. nice beach area

can’t believe you had to pay to use the coffee machine in the room. This was our 9 th hotel on our road trip and the only place we had to pay for coffee. Very petty!

spacious clean room. housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating. Michael Jackson one was exceptional. Pool area great for kids. numbers need regulating though as overcrowding and issue. drunk people floating around with drinks oblivious to who they are knocking into.

residents can be very rude. I.e. no elevator etiquette. Every-time I tried to exit the elevator those waiting piled in before anyone had a chance to exit. Never experienced this before in any other location around the world. also some residents walk around and will not deviate from their pathway knocking you out of the way if they have to. strange entitled behaviour. my cover up dress was stolen from the pool. staff and security could not care less. didn’t even take details or my room number in the event it was found. staff member responsible for towels demanded my towel back despite me telling her my clothes were stolen and didn’t feel comfortable walking through the casino in my bathing suit. VERY RUDE WOMAN. to the person who stole my dress. I hope it brings you the luck you deserve.

the property is amazing. room was outstanding

the lady that checked me in ( Marianna) was very rude and did nothing to help me with my company card that does not have a PIN attached but she would not listen and made me use a personal card. I used my company card successfully at dinner and at a bar on the property that evening. she basically ruined a very nice stay

I liked the hotel and very courteous staff clean facilities, plenty to do in the hotel ,great slot games, great shows.

You guys need to provide refrig to keep your drinks cold, you stuff the mini fridge so full you can't use! And most drinks are being bought in your casino. Com-mon man !

Well appointed rooms with a view of the strip was ace and location was fab with a free Tram to Excalibur you can walk down the strip to check out the night life.

No shade at all by the pool if using free grey sun loungers. Cabanas at $500 & shaded loungers at $110each were horrendously overpriced. You cant use the bar fridge in your room to cool bottles of water etc without being charged for the privilege and no complimentary tea or coffee in the room sucks. The room didnt smell but the hallway was a stinky of cigs and sweat even on the 60th floor.

love the hotel and the pool is awesome ! very clean and room is great!

this hotel is more family friendly for sure, a lot of kids ! the hotel is great if you’re planning on lounging and taking it easy however if you want to walk the strip and go more towards the center of the strip near the more popular hotels it is very far! the monorail is available but that is also pretty far to walk to at the MGM from Mandalay Bay. bring comfy shoes for sure !

The pool area is elite and the main reason we’ve been back 6 times to this hotel There’s also a great choice of food and we didn’t eat a bad meal here, mostly breakfasts The room size is great, very comfortable and we got a fantastic strip view as ordered

Resort fees are abhorrent. I paid $240 across my stay for a fitness centre I didn’t use, National calls I did not need to make and WiFi which appears to be free anyway. And you get taxed on top of that. On top of that everything this time round was so expensive. From bottled water to coffee (by the way the hotel needs a great coffee option) or the food everything was $$$$$. It was empty around the pool all week but still $50 for the reserved Sun loungers (plenty free ones available) Also a sense that some things less luxurious than previous. Toiletries felt cheap and towels by the pool were wafer-thin
