The place was beautiful. The view was gorgeous. My kid was obsessed with the jacuzzi tub. Mike was amazing. Not knowing it was an Airbnb (booking.com doesn't list it as one), I wasn't sure why I was being asked about arrival time. We came in late, he was very patient with us and he was there to meet us with the key. He answered all of my questions, He was super sweet and accommodating. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are long term, the kitchen is a massive plus because we all know how much you can spend on food eating out 3x a day.

The room had an exceptional view of the strip. The marble-clad bathroom had amazing amenities with the rainforest shower and jacuzzi jet bathtub easily being some of the best highlights of my stay on this trip. The property manager, Mike P. was exceptionally helpful and always a phone call away if we needed assistance. The Palms security was very polite and helpful at giving us information while we were there - we never felt in danger or like anything odd was happening while staying at Palm's Place. I will preface this with the fact that while I am not a gambler, the Casino floor was very well maintained and vibrant, easily worthy of the expectations a Vegas Casino demands. The food on-site was tasty and moderately priced for Vegas with my favorite being Chronic Tacos. If you are sensitive to marijuana usage, Palm's Place keeps that outside and you do not need to worry about being subjected to that while inside the hotel much less in your room. Furthermore, during this odd weather period for the region, Palms Place is up to date. We encountered a few flooding-related issues in the parking garage and outside on the grounds. As someone who owns a low-level sedan, the flooding worried me immensely and thankfully was never an issue for us despite numerous storms during our stay. The next time I visit Sin City, I will be staying at Palms Place.

The Palm's Place needs some form of cart for baggage especially when you are 30 floors up and staying for a week. My son was stopped numerous times by security for "being a spy" which he found humorous but later on grew old, especially when carrying bags to and from the room from the parking garage.

I really like the experience here. Even though it was an independent party that was managing these, they made it extremely easy to get into the room and contact them if needed. The view was amazing and I love that the location was just off of the strip so we weren't bombarded with noise and lights.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. The room was clean, the management was prompt with making sure everything was going as planned, and the amenities in the room was top notch. Very impressed!

Mike was great to work with, he stayed in contact and kept me informed on every detail of my stay, When I say it was one of my best stays I've had in a while it was the best! I can't wait to visit las vegas again. My wife is already excited to go back.

This is the best place to stay in Vegas. The beds are great view is amazing. Doesn't bet any better.

Liked all the amenities, ie, microwave, refrigerator, cook too with dishes. The waterfall shower was great. Balcony and strip view were very nice.

The room was everything we anticipated! Clean and comfortable. Paul the host is awesome! He gave detailed instructions on getting settled and he’s very responsive to your needs. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything, the Host Mike was great. The process was easy. The view was spectacular.
