Room was very spacious and had kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was best feature. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 big people and powerful. The shower water pressure was awesome. The rooms are soundproof. Free parking was a plus and secure. The bus stop was right outside hotel to take to the Strip. The staff worked diligently and effectively to overcome challenges. I like that this resort was not in a casino. Smoke free rooms.

I had picked this hotel because Booking.com says its pool is open. That was untrue. No pools are open outside in winter in Vegas.

Our first assigned room, the refrigerator was not working. Informed the front desk and we were immediately assigned to another similar room. Great response to our issue! Room was very comfortable and clean. Limited free channels but that was ok. Beds were very comfortable. There were NO bathrobes as described in the room amenities. But that also was ok since we don't use them. Just a heads up in case you want to take one home as a souvenir. The bar by the pool, and the pool itself was very good. Security personnel made us feel very secure and were very friendly! Evenings can bring some low-lifes into the casino area. I saw a couple of undesirables kindly escorted out. Parking is no problem. Plenty of parking spaces outside of the Palms. You have to drive to see the other major casinos and stores so take your patience with you as there is a lot of street constructions going on and the lanes are not always clearly marked. Definitely will be staying here again on my next visit to Vegas.

Only issue was that the casino area played only music for the young crowd (hip-hop, pop) and a bit too loud. A little classic rock or even western would be nice for a change of pace. It never changed day or night and my wife and I were there for five days. Some of the machines needed cleaning, cigarettes ash, abandoned glass and beer bottles.

I really liked the palms place pool! My room had the most gorgeous view of the strip, you could see from Mandalay Bay all the way to The Strat, and you could even see Fremont in the distance. The one bedroom suite is very spacious and sleek. I was so happy to stay. The casino is also very nice. The walk from Palms Place to the casino doesn’t even take 5 minutes, and I’m a large guy. I believe that people that complain about that walk maybe haven’t been to Vegas before. It has taken me longer to get from the casino to my room at MGM and Bellagio.

The ice maker and the tv in the bedroom were both broken. However, a very kind bellhop brought us ice which was a life saver! The main pool at Palms was very slippery around it, felt kind of dangerous.

My room was incredible! I had a 1bd 2ba suite in the Palms Resort tower, and it was absolutely lovely. The room was very spacious and had views of the city which were spectacular at night. The room was very cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved how spacious the suite was with two bathrooms so that guests didn't have to use the restroom in the main bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and temperature control was perfect. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I didn't like the fact that while I had a 1bd 2ba suite, surprisingly there was no tub in the entire space which seemed a bit odd and left a bit to be desired. Also, the location of this hotel is off the strip in a part of town that isn't the cleanest, so there's that.

My husband and I celebrated his 40th birthday at the Palms. We loved our one bedroom suite, the amenities were really nice and the views were amazing. The balcony was huge! Our room was huge and super quiet. We ate at Serrano Vista Cafe, Scotch 80 Prime, Laguna Kitchen and the pizza place. They were all great and had great food and impeccable service. Scotch 80 went above and beyond and we really enjoyed our meals. We really liked being off the Strip and away from the general Palms. We won a little money back the day we left so safe to say we will be back!

Nothing! We loved it!

The one bedroom flat we got was beautiful. The views were incredible. The tub was fun for my three year old. Two toilets were convenient. The bed was comfortable. The location is really good. The balconies all worked and they were a bit scary for me 🤣

The unit is dark at night. You can’t see much. The kitchen didn’t have utensils and only two cups and two mugs. The coffee they have in the room is abysmal (just don’t try it). The crib arrived literally broken everywhere. So I contacted the front desk and they sent the facilities and they were able to tighten all the screws and fix it. So no problem. The sofa in the living room may be missing a cushion. Lots of glass tables if you’re here with toddlers, keep that in mind.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom had a sunken tub, and the shower (with it's two headed shower head) was great!

The tube was a distance to the casino. Plus, one of the moving walking "escalator" was out of order. I missed out seeing the main pool, because check-in was at 3pm. The main pool closes at 5 pm. Mabel's ribs were as good as always, but you had to purchase any sides for extra.

We booked the property because with special dietary needs, we like a property with a kitchenette. We packed up our groceries and headed out!

We had no indication that these were privately owned units. The maintenance was less than desirable. The shower mixer had to be repaired and the refrigerator did not work. To their credit, the management moved us promptly, but in the second unit, the kitchen faucet did not work. And the AC did not recycle. Also, we learned, after the fact, that if you bring coolers or groceries there is an additional charge for bell service. The room was spacious and clean, the view was magnificent and the manager and staff were responsive to our needs. It was convenient to the Palms Casino and restaurants and with the knowledge we have, will probably give it a second try.

How big the room was. It was like a mini apartment. The very front the 39th floor was everything! So pretty!

The balcony was locked the entire time. That was ONE of the main reasons I booked this hotel for my stay in Vegas. Super sad about that!

I liked how quiet it was but still very close to the strip. The employees were wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The laguna pool was relaxing and the drinks poolside were stellar

There were just small things like water had air in the pipes. An updated music device would have been nice. Walking outside was a little dicey eg to meet our taxi/rideshare
