No resort fees, reasonably cheap. This is just a motel, park in front of your room and walk in. (Not walking a mile through a casino before getting to the front desk like some other places.) Plenty of parking. Was a bit apprehensive of the night check-in procedure but was surprisingly painless. Impeccably clean. Looks like a reasonable neighborhood.
The heater triggered a fire alarm lol. Luckily it was fairly warm and I just decided ai did not need it. Too tired to troubleshoot or get another room. The location is unfortunately on the exact opposite side of the city than I want to go, so bit of extra driving to get to Red Rock.

I liked the location; it was only 5 minutes from Nellis AFB. Clean beds and towels. Comfy AC and heat.
Lots of pedestrian traffic and loud cars (not best neighborhood).

I love how helpful and polite the staff are, the rooms are very clean and the area is very quiet
the bathroom area was kinda small where the tub & toilet is located but it’s a very minor detail
