Location was perfect and very close to the shows we wanted to see.

My son and his friend arrived early and were waiting for us in the parking lot. They were treated rudely and poorly by security staff. It was their first time in Las Vegas and they weren’t sure where to park or wait. Security accused them of loitering. Other than the overzealous and unhelpful parking lot security, the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful.

Love the vibe, the tower rooms (big bathrooms and usu awesome pool view) the music they play, employees, gambling options, and the pool! Housekeeping always helpful. The cocktail waitresses are all pretty, friendly, attentive, and quick with it. The restaurant is delish and have lots of super deals and specials. I love silver sevens .. it's my home away from home!

Security detail are overall good people, some are even really really cool, but they can be nitpicky and sticklers for the rules. Better to err on the side of caution, but dude, I just walked out tograb something from my car, yet I MUST present my room key or ID to get back in smh. Front desk is hit or miss ‐ they're all nice but the newer ones aren't that great for getting you the awesome deals... sometimes the plumbing is lagging.. drains slow, weak flushes etc

Wonderful accommodation. I asked for a quiet room and I was given a room on the 6th floor and was away from practically everyone. Made me feel like the place was made up just for us.

I don't like that you, (among most other hotels) don't along guests to use TV for HDMI hookups to provide our own entertainment. I understand you as a business want customers to use the provided entertainment, but I have never and will never pay for any kind of TV or program while staying at a hotel, even if it was the only thing to watch. And I'm sure there are many others who feel the same way. I would still use my phone for YouTube and other streaming services. It's very upsetting not having that freedom, when just a few short years ago, we could very easily. That feature made us want to get away more. But now, it makes us feel not as comfortable and a little bit like prisoners. It would be appreciated if you could please bring back that privilege to us guests.

Rooms remodeled and bed was extremely comfy. Staff was accommodating.

Walls are thin and random noises but it's vegas. The autolighting could be annoying if it stays on wish it had a lockbox for valuables.

Our room was very nice and clean. We had plenty of towels so we didn’t run out which usually is an issue with hotels so I enjoyed having extra. The air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool but it looked really nice as well.

The location of the hotel wasn’t in a super nice area. However, we were very close to the strip which was really helpful because we spent most of our time there. I also would’ve liked to have a fridge and microwave in our room.

What a nice place, got the deluxe king room on the 6th floor over looking the pool. Very quiet, clean inside the room, A/C kept the room cool with 80*+ at night with over 100* in the day. Pool was a great thing and clean. Great price for the room

Very Nice quiet hotel away from the busy strip. Nice accommodations. Staff was fantastic.
