We loved having the terrace

The couch clearly had old throw up stains on it, you don’t expect that in a suite. We also tried to pay for early check in or late check out and they were unaccommodating both days even when offered to pay.

Enjoyed the upgrade view.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No free water unless you’re willing to drink it out of the faucet. Bottle water prices are astronomical. CVS pharmacy was our go to for bulk water purchases, I mean for the price and the resort fee….come on !

Location is perfect. Great casino and restaurants.

It took a while to check in. I also lost my room key during the trip and it took a while to get it replaced. Always a line at the front desk.

They didn’t tell us about all the amenities and I wasn’t impressed with the casino.

The staff put us in a room that had loud music outside for the 1st night and we requested a change to a different side of hotel yet, it was a hassle to pack up again to move. They knowingly did this to rush us into a room. Kind of frustrating. I had to haggle with manager to comp at least one night. Also, the room power was only working in living room so needed someone to come fix the problem.

Perfect location at the Strip centre. Make sure you book the fountain view , switch the room could be impossible due to room availability at the time of check in. I’ve received south view which was still ok especially during the night. Convenient parking below for 18 dolar per day, make sure you inform the hotel staff during the check in so you can use room key cards to go in and out.

Couch cover on the terrace had cigarette burn sign, this should immediately replaced and not left for another room guest.

Such beautiful architecture throughout the hotel it is obvious a lot of effort was put into designing this hotel and casino and also in maintaining it Everywhere smelled so good and clean and the beds are so comfy and the balcony is the most spacious balcony I have ever experienced in a hotel Overall a wonderful trip Also I love that egg slut is in the building so tasty

I got somewhat confused about the parking and also the different elevators but overall the property does what they can to make it clear

I had a fantastic time at the Cosmos Hotel last week with my fiancé. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were top-notch. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the convenient location. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Vegas.

Our tv was not working and we called the front desk and they told us they was sending up engineer to fix it but never did and came the next day after we had to call them again. Our floor didn’t have ice so when we called them about the ice they told us we can get as complimentary but later I found out I was charged $10 for that bucket of ice. Other then that everything was fantastic
