All good. The courtesy and the kindness of the personal was awesone :) Very appreciated :) Lot of help from receptionist and cleaning people :)

Two things to improve: 1- the breakfast: most of the products are industrial, chemicals. No food is healthy, it's all mass production. This is a general problem of United States... but it can be improved trying to buy and offer selected items instead of proposing industrial product (i.e. the orange juice was very far to be relative with any orange coming from tree!). And so on for almost all the food. 2- the air condition is ok but noisy. Again this is a general problem of USA as they tend to use old machines

Andrea Rodriguez went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. She was amazing and if she is on the front desk, I will surely stay again. location was good, with bus stop 2 mins away. 25 minute bus into New York. Starbucks, McDonalds, and shopping places 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast, pork and egg were mixed with one spoon between the two. some of the receptionists were busy on their phones and not having any awareness to help the guests.

Good location, quiet area, nice view and it was also nice to walk by the Hudson River everyday, close to NYC, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and our room, the lobby and breakfast areas were clean.

Toilet seat in the bathroom should be renewed. It was extremely cheap plastic, old, lots of cracks and stains on it and also the flusher was working so slow. Also the plastic utensils for the breakfast should be more good quality and heavy duty. Orange juice was not tasty. More juice options should be added.

A little more variety in breakfast like fruits, hot cereal and sweet corn flakes like foot loops, honey cheerios, lucky charms or frosted flakes. Location is great. Maybe if the hotel provide transportation for the airport to hotel and viceversa hotel to airport is perfect.

The hotel is located in an excellent location near Hudson river with free parking, and the staff is very professional and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good offering a variety selection. I will definitely stay here again if I visit NYCgain.

The room smelled of bleach so bad that I had to go out and buy baking soda and air fresheners and let the AC run for a few hours before I could be in the room. Wi-Fi connection was horrible and barely worked. The breakfast was basic as possible.

I liked that the spa was right up the road easy drive to get there ! The rooms were very clean and very comfy. The beds were super comfy. The room had two queen sized beds and was very comfy.

I didn’t like that I could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it’s a Main road you have to cross . I also didn’t like the breakfast selection there was nothing to pick from and not enough food for all of the guests. The cleaning supplies they use had a strong weird smell

Location is great. Near to many restaurants, shopping and spa. The staff was very nice. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed and linen were super comfortable . The entire room was up to date and very clean. Great view for just ten dollars extra.

I couldn't get the microwave started.
