The location is FABULOUS ... With spectacular view of THE CITY ... "SUGGESTION" ...ON SUNDAY- BREAKFAST SHOULD SPILL OVER FOR BRUNCH @least up to 2pm ...after a SATURDAY NIGHT OUT I believe most people would appreciate an indoor BRUNCH 🙂 PAT BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL ...ladies with HOUSEKEEPING

LACK OF WATER BOTTLES .... attempted to purchase Saturday evening ...NO WATER BOTTLES TO PURCHASE ...WATER BOTTLE FRIDGE TOTALLY EMPTY😵received 2 limited complimentary water bottles ...The view from our room NOT VERY SPECTACULAR ... CARS & PARKING LOTS😒

This location is beyond awesome! I booked it for a staycation for my husband and I for three nights, and it totally exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and responsive, there's a Starbucks and full bar in the lobby, daily newspaper, free parking and surrounded by lots of eateries and activities, right on the water!! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!!

Clean, very well kept like new rooms, modern bathrooms, convenient location close to restaurants, stores, in a safe neighborhood. Bus to city is across the road and takes 20 mins right to Times Square. Ferry is about 8 mins away and is a nice scenic trip.

Eliminated the shuttle to the ferry. Thin bed covers instead of duvets

Nice, well appointed rooms. Roomy and comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff, for the most part.

Shower door did not close well enough to keep the floor from getting wet. Shower head produced strong stream but the stream was also a little wide for the space. Fitted sheet had a stain that concerned my husband and we were not informed that housekeeping only came every other day. We ended up making a couple trips to the desk to replace the sheet because we got the wrong size.

Facilities are really clean and staff is friendly and professional.

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Edgewater for three nights and it was a good experience. Although we truly believe it was a high pricing hotel, we would recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to feel safe in the New York City area. The location is great . There are stores and restaurants close by. We took the bus to New York City and it was ok. Parking is easy and safe. Because of the price, we would like Booking.com to offer us better deals in hotels. We always use Booking.com because we trust it but don't have the app. How can we get the app? Thank you so much.

A modern and clean hotel right next to the Hudson river. Perfect for a one or two-night stay. Fridge, modern coffee machine, and microwave included. TV with YouTube support. Paid, but convenient parking on site. Great river and city skyline view in 5 minutes walk.

The city view from my room was nice, but the view from the opposite side would be boring. Room key usage in elevators is nonsense. Paid parking is $15 per night.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Bartender was a comedian the room was very clean and smelled fresh the pool stays open til 10 we loved our stay.

Great location for visiting sights around Manhattan and free parking.

Lovely Hotel. Very accommodating - our flight came in 1.5 hours early from Heathrow, and staff found us a room very quickly. Very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Lovely bathroom facilities. Lounge area and bar were really nice and relaxing. Great cocktails and very friendly bar staff. Great location - easy to get cab to anywhere and within easy walk of lovely shopping areas. We stayed in Newport Courtyard by Marriott last visit and Edgewater was just as lovely - closer to family. We’ll be back.

Some sounds of conversation, footsteps and door closing in the corridor. It was a shame the small restaurant/coffee bar wasn’t open for longer, but there were plenty of eateries nearby.

The room was clean, and the beds made you want to sleep all day. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and my son loved his time in the pool. The location was ok. Not too good, but ok.

Nothing I did not like. It was a great stay.
