Great facilities which are relatively new and not worn out. Free breakfast is very accommodating although mainly continental.

Location off George Washington Bridge means paying tolls (circa $26 each way) on this Bridge only to get to Manhatten on top of existing taxi fares - no sidewalks means taking a taxi every time you want to venture out so when factoring these costs in, it may be better value to get a hotel in Manhatten instead at a higher price to use the subway (add another minimum $55 to your day rate for the GWB tolls...)

The breakfast was so much better than many hotels. The mattress and pillows where very comfortable. The water pressure and shower was amazing.

The hotel is excellent, the only thing which I don't like was to find transportation ( no public transportation) and waiting too long to find a taxi

Everything was excellent just one thing’s when we back from New York City by public transportation (bus ) you don’t have any access to the hotel must the bus stop in highway We have to walk a long and dangerous distance to get to the hotel. The municipality should build a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides of the highway Thank you.

We are very pleased about our stay. They offer complimentary breakfast which is very convenient. The room is spacious for three adults and two children and our room is spotlessly clean.

A microwave would be a good addition. The location is doable but demands an Uber to get to the areas needed, which gathers a hefty sum. But if you have a car then it will be a really handy location.

The location was convenient as it was close to Manhattan.

It was difficult to fall asleep due to the loud traffic noise. Breakfast was less satisfying than expected

Upon arrival at the reception, I was asked the reason for my staying so I can receive a brochure appropriate. Since we were there for vocation, I received information on where to visit, museums, restaurants, and shopping places..

A swimming pool would have been great for the amusement of the kids and to refresh since it's summer and we walk alot to visit different places at it's very hot.

we had to pay for parking, I believe it should have been part of the stay not an additional cost

I was completely blow away how clean the entire hotel is. My hotel room was cleaned every day with fresh towels which is very important when you’re a family of 5. Everything from the lobby to the elevators the corridors to the dining area was exceptionally clean. The staff was amazing always with a smile and ready to help you in any way. The breakfast was great, enjoyed the variety that the kitchen was coming up with every morning. The night staff at the bar were very friendly and VERY accommodating. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Place for amazing and welcoming stay. my family and I decided to spend the weekend plus 2 days due to our spring break ( We’re from Canada ) so this hotel was perfect for driving into NYC. Definitely coming back as all my family members enjoyed their stay. Thank you
