It has been 15 + years since mom was able to return to her hometown of Trenton. Mom had been taking care of dad who passed 8 weeks ago and she was very reluctant to travel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tanya at the front desk an she immediately made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions-she even took the time to find us herbal tea! She was kind, caring and professional; a true example of customer service at it's best! Thank you, Tanya!! In addition, the breakfast buffet was wonderful! It had a variety of food and the staff kept the area clean and well stocked! Owen and Dan were very professional courteous and went above and beyond to bring out extra berries and hot coffee! Mom was concerned about sleeping away from home but the rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the fully equipped kitchen that had a full refrigerator to store restaurant left overs and a microwave to make a cup of tea in the evening. It truly felt like home!

I was concerned for the staff in the lobby since the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was extremely warm outside. Nevertheless, Maher and Charlie were apologetic and remained professional ensuring our needs were being met.

Nice grounds located close to food, activities, easy travel in and out of town.

The staff member who checked me in was absolutely no help when a issue arose with payment. I didn’t know you couldn’t pay cash initially, no where does it state no cash check in yet they had no problem accepting cash at the end. She just stared at me and just said nothing, didn’t get anyone when I asked if there was anyone who could further assist me with this issue. She proceeded to stare me and my friends down the entire weekend which made us feel very uncomfortable. Check out staff however was 100% more pleasant.

The manager Lewella Whitaker was amazing. She saw my husband struggling to walk. She brought out a wheelchair for him to use! Cherry Hill mall did not have one when I called security for assistance. Kudos to Marriott for having one.

I was disappointed that they did not offer a free continental breakfast. I can stay at a Fairfield Inn, a Marriott hotel, for a lot less then the Courtyard and get a free breakfast .

This hotel was WONDERFUL. The staff (ALL OF THEM) were very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds HEAVEN (I didn't want to get out...ever)!!! The hotel was very clean, spacious and the gym had many options.

I have no idea why THIS WHOLE TOWN is so expensive. This hotel's prices are inline with other local hotels but still ?? Also wish there was more parking near the entrance.

I liked the lobby area and the common area

Well I booked a king bed room with a pull out couch. Hotel gave me a room with 2 queen beds why did I put in a reservation for a king and be told none available. The counter person told me no more king rooms available but even though 2 queens cost more I would get it for some price, did not want 2 queens if I wanted 2 queens I would have reserved 2 queens. Why do 2 20.ounce sodas cost 8 dollars? They have a bistro on the premises but no menus in the room.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The onsight food choices were quite limited. Also, most hotels have complimentary coffee set up in the lobby, during the morning.

It is a new property, apparently, so saying it smelled, looked and felt very clean and kept up is not saying much. It was in terrific condition. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Great size room tv, and I could navigate using it/the remote easily. Beds were very comfortable. Great snack and drink section. Nice bar, plenty of TVs.

Water pressure in the shower was to low. (2nd fl) No back up chef- so, hoped to eat at the cafe, but had to go out. No real biggie. And most likely a one off.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clean and very modern and the room was excellent. The amenities are great and is rlly the best hotel I’ve stayed in especially the price.

I had no complaints.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The pool are was gorgeous and they had a nice outside seating area and nice bar in the lobby.

The front desk associate were on their phones either playing video games or taking calls. WHILE checking us in and out. Only downfall.

Clean, comfortable bed, size of room, location.

Service is poor. Even though at reservation there was an option for breakfast for $10, there was no such thing. Having said that, there is a small coffee counter in the hotel lobby that offers a small variety of food options.
