The staff was well informed and answering any questions and concerns that I had. Rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. And it wasn't a far commute from six flags to the hotel. My grandkids was very pleased that the pool was open until 10:00 p.m..

That it seems that you were short staff doing breakfast. Some of the breakfast items ran out. They needed an extra hand to clean the waffle station some of the kids left it a mess and there was no staff to tidy in it.

There's one staff in the mornings that facilitates breakfast. NOT THE SPANISH WOMAN (the Hispanic woman was amazing and kind) but the other lady who did breakfast was RUDE to myself and SEVERAL other families EACH MORNING on several occasions. She was so rude i even spoke to 2 other families i didn't even know about how she was acting. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but it seems like she didn't like her job. She should NOT be working there. Like at all. I actually went to complain and then my kids needed to use the bathroom and I got sidetracked and was pressed for time. She definitely put a damper oj our Vacation to the point that I actually asked the kitchen staff where the original Hispanic woman was because she was amazing.

The room was amazing nice size and was clean

My only complaint was that house keeping did not clean the bathroom my whole stay and did not refresh the towels on there own. I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. Outside of that i wish the pool stayed open later than 10pm maybe to 12 midnight would be great and the exercise room should be open to 12 midnight as well or later.

the lady white skinny lady who was taking care of the food sunday was very nasty and rude i made a little mess with the pancake machine and she said to me don’t you read that sign there that say to put a cup on the machine with a tone , rude . not every one know how to use that machine she should be helping the customer not been rude that’s was the only complain have it make me feel very uncomfortable and i didn’t answer her back because my kid were with me ..otherwise she will hear my mouth because i don’t take people like that I treat people the same way they treat me . she need to go to customer service training and if she doesn’t like her job then quit..I work with customer service for 32 years and customer service is my priority Thank you

We stay at this hotel every time we come to six flags great adventure. It is a close drive and the hotel is perfect! Always clean, the free breakfast has lots of variety, the kids love the little shop in the lobby and swimming in the pool. It is a great hotel to stay at. Have stated 3x so far and never had an issue. All the staff are also super friendly and welcoming!

Nothing to complain about. We had a great stay. The one thing to be careful of is if you use the pool the pool deck can get very slippery. My husband slipped on it when walking to get his towel.

Nice friendly staff, clean, well-appointed furnishings. Comfortable. GREAT Shower pressure. I would stay just for that!

Having the room done was a bit of a hassle. No harm but housekeeping should check room to empty trash refill stuff if they don't want to make the beds. Breakfast wasn't all that good. Coffee was horrible.

We enjoyed the private location of the hotel. It was in a very quiet area, which we loved very much. We also loved the pool, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, one of the best we’ve ever had! There was a ton of variety for everyone to choose from.

Because it's an older building, the rooms are much larger than we have come to expect. Nice perk. This was just an overnight on the way to Florida, but we would set up our trip to stay here again. Also, the front desk directed us to a nearby family-run Italian restaurant, which has been there for 30 years.

More pillows. There were only 2 pillows for a king size bed.

good hotel, not great not poor. shower head was a Walmart joke. Overall good, no where near a Marriot Courtyard. Way more expensive than its quality

shower doors didnt stay closed, shower head was a complete piece of junk, location wasnt ideal compared to others

Easy access, close to where we wanted to go, room was very convenient to everything there. Parking was good also, could see my car from the room.

Only wished there was a sink & mirror in the bathroom.
