I didnt eat the breakfast.

The cleaners were a serious let down. I had to complain THREE TIMES to the frontdesk to get my room cleaned even after I complained the toilet was not cleaned! This was a serious frustration as I was vey disappointed There was a leakage on the ground floor corridor and always had a bucket there Then the dryer was out of order in the laundry room for God knows how long and after I was done complaining severally I had to go use a laundromart out of the hotel I didnt enjoy my stay at all

It was just a very clean and welcoming hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. The bed was great. The shower had good pressure. The coffee in the room was actually really good!! That never happens. All around great stay. I’ll be staying there exclusively for my trips to Northern Jersey.

They have the open shower with just a half glass door, and because the water pressure is so good, the water ends up splashing out onto the bathroom floor and making a mess. That’s the only thing, and that’s actually just a bad side effect to a great feature in my opinion.

The rooms were very cozy. Everything was very modern and extremely quiet! The place is located right next to a Target which made it nice to grab some stuff we needed and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The gym was very nice too!

I feel like they could have cleaned the place a little better. My towels in the bathroom were clean, but one of them had a sticky thing stuck to it that looks like it went through the wash. Don't get me wrong, the room itself was very nice but I just feel like they could have done a better job at deep cleaning the room itself. Don't look behind the furniture!

Quiet location, clean and nice room, excellent sportsbar next to the hotel as well as supermarket. Helpfull and smiling front desk, swimming pool is a plus (even if i didn't had the time to enjoy it)

As in many hotel the AC may be verry loud overnight and such you better make it cooler before sleeping and then turn it off overnight. Breakfast area not that clearly self explanatory

The room was decorated very nicely. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the TV with the adaptability for streaming services and HDMI input connection made working in a hotel accessible. There is a Target directly behind the hotel so if you forgot anything at home, it was easy to walk over and grab a replacement.

I did not like how there was not daily housekeeping, and when I asked for more towels it seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. The pool was smaller than expected.

The great service and cleanliness of the room and other facilities. The fire pit was a great area too! Great location, close to a lot of stores and eateries.

The bed caused some stiff back issues, and the water from the shower would get all over the floor, thankfully we had a foot towel to soak up 98% of that.

I loved the location and how clean the room was. The room was well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine and a really nice smart tv.

When I made my reservation I put 4 adults and we only had 3 towels which was a bit of an inconvenience considering that we were all girls.

I liked utilization of space in the room. Things were placed so that it didn't look or feel cluttered. I love that it had a microwave & mini refrigerator hidden. The ottoman and mini couch table were really cute too. I was also really impressed that you could log into any streaming platform to watch TV. The bathroom shower was interesting, the glass was covering only about 2/3s of the shower but the shower head didn't move so you couldn't get the entire floor wet- very sexy movie scene shower.. The gym was 24 hours which is unheard of these days- most have closed because of COVID. I really enjoyed my stay and don't mind returning.

It was clean but not exceptionally clean. For instance, there were fingerprints on both of the mirrors by the bed. The bed was made but the top cover was only half tucked in the bottom, the couch had some fabric tearing from underneath that was sticking out to the front. The bathroom had what looked like a bleach stain on the wall behind the toilet.

The hotel is quite new and the room is really good and modern.

Service could have been better - called the front desk/ guest services at least 25 times (no one picked answered the phone) just to have someone respond to a query. Also the wait for the elevators is way too long.

Very clean and put together

Arrived early do to a party and wanted to get ready and my room wasn’t put together. All drawers where open , garage can had no bag in it , couch had the cushion off of it and pillows where in the back of couch.
