MHO INN and SUITES

The check in guy is very welcome " I and my husband went there a lot times ( before was Best Western) they change for MHO suites Hotels' cross the hallway is the mall Shop ride,Target, chase bank ..... always we are very welcome the room are very clean big rooms first and second floor 👍 we stayed in both clean safe quiet with microwave and refrigerator we came back I recommend this hotel!!!

the housekeeper. a couple time I wanted them to clean the room they didn’t they just gave us new sheets nd paper tower took the trash out but the didn’t checked the bathroom cleaned the bed and mop the floor but they were very Kindly people

The night manager was very courteous and helpful at church in. The place is clean and well maintained.

A beer party next door that went until midnight.

The people running this hotel are like a family, and they treated my family like we were an extension of theirs. The accommodations were very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Booking.com listed that there was a pool, but there was not. Also, the highway in front of the hotel has a barrier wall, and because NJ laws won’t let you take a left it was a hassle going up the road from our hotel or getting back to the hotel when we went down the road. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. The one thing the hotel could do is make the shower head taller, I’m 5’11 and it was even with my forehead.

It looks nice inside and outside. Room was clean.

I made a reservation online it said we could check in at 12 but the lady said we had to wait until 3pm or we could pay extra to check in early, this is something you should check or clarify on online reservations, at least you could tell if we can cancel to look for anther place....

No food. It’s not a hotel, it’s a motel. The price was right. It was clean but smelled like bleach. I had no problem with the place. It’s actually pretty nice on the inside.

I wish they had free breakfast or coffee but it’s a motel. I didn’t like the bleach smell. It was a decent room tho.

Bed was very comfortable . Staff were pleasant. Everything was very clean.

I thought I was getting a handicap room. Yes, the doorway to the bathroom accommodated a wheel chair. Traveling alone as a deaf person, I was looking for visual alerts like strobe fire alarm and alert that someone is knocking at the door. I was disappointed because those are safety measures!

It was very clean, room also smells good, comfortable bed, comfortable bed and free parking space.

not complaining but the ceiling could be improved, the room we got the ceiling has space like holes (but not really holes) that were inserted with paper towels, maybe they can put a nice spacer.

I like the fact that the person at the desk was open to room changing if necessary. In the end, we did change our room.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic breakfast was not served. What I didn't like what was given as " breakfast." It was definitely a cheap and unhealthy me al.

I didn't have the breakfast. Everything else was great. I dealt with three different employees at the desk and they were all extremely helpful to me. I also spoke with the cleaning staff at one point and they were very nice. They went out of their way to get my room ready as quickly as possible and did a fabulous job.
