The staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I expecially appreciate the honesty demonstrated when I left my wallet in the lobby bathroom, and the night cleaning staff found it and turned it in to the front desk. Nothing was removed from the wallet. Thank you!

Breakfast could be served a bit longer, although the staff were accomodating for our late risers.

They were limited in helping change of plans

Booking said they talked to them about our desire to change dates, I actually was at hotel and they said they never got any communication from Booking. I got email from Booking saying they talked to them. I have no problem with no cancellation agreement, but being deceptive is unacceptable!

the Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not ready at 4, but they let us have some water while we waited. Just before 5 we were able to get in. We stopped here as a passing by for our 2 week vacation. They have what you need to sled at white sands, free of charge for the guests. I appreciated their set up for shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Convenience/location to Holloman AFB. The property was fine, clean, comfortable, included breakfast, decent coffee

There was nothing spectacularly over expectations but the cost of the room is significantly overpriced. I recognize that choosing this hotel did actually save money over other similar available options, but it’s much more than we spent on much more luxurious hotels on vacation. I can’t figure out why Alamagordo NM is such an expensive place to stay other than the White Sands monument and perhaps visiting military family like we did. It’s not Holiday Inn’s fault, but it still didn’t seem like a good value for over $200/night.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, pleasant. My family enjoyed this hotel.

Our room never got maid service. we left the room, got back at 130, and no maid service was done. we had to ask for more towels TP trash to be thrown new trash bags cups for water.

Thestaff was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like the moment any staff person saw you, they took the time to greet you and ask if there was anything that we needed.

The cost of the laundry was a little high.

Very very close to White Sands National Park - 16 minutes. We were there for one night and over Christmas - so the hotel wasn't busy. Everything was closed so it was nice that the staff didn't rush us during breakfast since most thing in this part of Texas wouldn't be open. Super nice.

Everything was fine. It was nice the hotel was quiet but I can see this place getting super busy during crazier holidays.

Sometimes Holiday Inn locations are more commercial in location than central to town, and this was one of them

very close to white sands. very nice they loan sleds for no charge! exceptionally clean and well maintained. good coffee and very nice breakfast.

everything was perfect.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was great! The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

My room was just above the connex box at the back of the hotel and when it was being opened and closed (early morning & late evening) it was loud and annoying.
