New hotel so everything was in impecable condition! Staff was very welcoming and polite. There were few guests which we liked since we were traveling with children. All staff wore masks at all times. Rooms were very nicely spaced out with lots of storage space. Kitchenette had microwave, medium sized fridge, dishwasher and most basic kitchen supplies. Very comfy beds and sofa bed as well.

We only stayed 2 nights and our 2nd day, we got back to hotel room at about 3pm and our room was not cleaned yet so we waited in lobby. I kept going up to check and I noticed the cleaning girl on her phone texting away. I asked about getting our room cleaned and she politely said she would do it. When I went back to check on room, she was on the phone with someone! Our room was done at about 4pm. Then it wasn’t even completely cleaned. This was our only complaint.

It was the best hotel room we have ever had. Really cozy and plenty of room, shelves and counter space. The best part was that we could have our pets and they were welcome rather than tolerated.

At first we were really impressed by the breakfast spread, however, we later decided it was too complex. Some days there were things we needed like almond milk. Other days it wasn't available. Things couldn't be stocked properly as people came in because it all had to be prepped. For example, a big thing of scrambled eggs would have been easier and more appealing than individual omelets that were either unavailable (due to the kitchen) or overcooked from sitting there so long. There was also no signage to know what stuff was or what ingredients were in it. Even the brown sugar had cinnamon hidden in it. Kinda risky for allergies.

I liked pretty much everything about this property. You name it, they had it. The room itself was larger than even many of the higher scale rooms I’ve stayed at in other major properties like JWMarriott and Vegas resorts. The bed was exceptionally comfy, there was a self service laundry on site, and a full breakfast in the morning included. An exceptional value for the money.

Nothing. I’ll continue to look for this hotel chain in future travels and give it top priority.

Nice facilities, there was a pool for the kids and a gym. Breakfast was a buffet and it was really good. They offered Gluten Free options which I really appreciated

they have sleds for those guests that want to visit the White Sands National Park. That was nice but they don't wax them which makes them useless when you go to the park.

Heading from Tucson to Santa Fe and wanted to visit White Sands and stay nearby. Picked here and what an excellent choice, it's a nearly new hotel and the rooms are well equipped mini-suites. Very good complementary breakfirst, first wafflemaker of the trip (as a Brit I find them fascinating). No food within a walk so drove into Alamagordo and found a great local Mexican.

Couldn't fault anything.

As a woman relocating to the hotel's immediate area, each of my needs were nicely met. My room was perfect for myself. And, were I there for travel and tourism, the hotel met such needs.

The room's a/c worked perfectly, but I had to fashion ways to redirect the winds from the a/c, and this was hard to ad hoc.

Wonderful! Good selection and plenty of food and plenty of variety at breakfast. Staff was exceptional, friendly and went over the top answering questions or assisting with family photo, offering games and cards. It was a great experience.

All was well. Even other people staying there were friendly!

the hotel is new and very comfortable. the rooms are spacious and also have a small kitchen. the staff is very kind. at the reception it is possible to ask for sledges for the white sand national park, very convenient.

the choice at breakfast is limited. at night you can hear the train when it passes

The property was easy to get to and off the busy strip which I liked. It was a large space, lots of hot water, breakfast and laundry facilities on site. The staff friendly and helpful.

These are personal preferences and not criticisms. We would have liked a bathtub after hiking in the park all day.

The rooms were so nice and big. Even had a dishwasher. One of the shades for the window blocked out all the light. The pool was outdoors and nice. It was a salt water pool. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
