Good location- quick access to restaurants, gas station, grocery stores and main road. Good warm breakfast. Comfy room. Loved the layout.Clean and smells good. Spacious bathroom with refillable toiletries. A/ C working well in this scorching heat. Good size refrigerator with freezer in it. Love the furnitures and storage cabinets.

Parking is tight and a bit tricky. We don't think there is soundproofing on these rooms. We didn't sleep well; walls shaking every time a door open & closes, footsteps above us, traffic in the hallway,  noisy A/ C, waterpipes.

They lived up to the usual high quality for Holiday Inn Express. Nice rooms. Really good breakfast. Located near the main part of town. While I did not use them, there was a nice pool and an exercise room.

The hotel was tucked away on a poorly paved dead end alley with no signage from the main road. You definitely want a room far away from the ice machine located behind the elevator. I do not think I have heard a more noisy ice machine. Similarly, I had to unplug the room refrigerator for noise abatement.

Hotel reception team members were helpful and courteous. The king room I had was super comfortable, clean, and fresh. I slept well and had a good breakfast here before traveling.

Finding the hotel on a pot hole road inside a fence where I could only see the Days Inn sign from my direction was... awkward and a bit frustrating, only had de-caf coffee in the room - need the full strength stuff please:-))

1)We had wheelchair accessible room. It was nice and roomy. Often accessible rooms have big bathroom, but not good space with the furniture for the wheelchair in the actual room. There was always enough room for the wheelchair to turn around easily and get to all parts of the room. 2) The staff were all so friendly and helpful! 3) Breakfast was great!

1) While the bathroom was big enough for the wheelchair user, there was no fold down bench in the shower. We asked for a shower chair and they brought one without a back. Not the safest for the disabled person. Should have at least a chair with a back. 2) Shower had only one grab bar, Another grab bar on the other side of the faucet would have been good for the disabled person. 3) We were excited to see there was a lift to get the disabled guest into the hot tub. However, it did not work. It seems the hotel did not have the batteries for it. It would be good to have 2 batteries, one on charger at all times for disabled guests, and also train all the staff on where the batteries and remote are kept and how to use the lift.

The staff was exceptional!! The best I have ever experienced at any hotel! LaVonna was especially helpful. She reached out by text before our arrival asking if there was anything we needed. I have never had that happen before. She was very helpful when we needed to stay an extra night because of bad weather!! Our room was clean, in fact the entire hotel was clean! The breakfast was excellent! No complaints from me!!

Very comfortable, perfect stay. We had a long day of driving and were heading to airport next day. This location was perfect - space to park, close to lots of food options (Range Diner), pool and hot tub were well used. Reception (Anna, Breakfast staff) very friendly and helpful. All around, a cheerful place.

Breakfast was fabulous. Friendly staff was on hand to help out. There were plenty of options, both hot and cold. The pool was indoors, functional, and clean. There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner.

The water in the pool was too hot! My kids had to sit out and take breaks to cool off. I also had to go looking for pool towels instead of them already being by the pool.

Zooie was very friendly and professional. She even got a power strip for our room because USB ports on the lamp were not working. We got a good nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and hot.

They let us check in early, the staff was amazing and very friendly, room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The 50 incidental fee still has not been credited back to me and they charged more for the room rate because of Balloon Fiesta to me that isn't right the price should remain the same no matter what is going on we weren't even there for the Fiesta.

the night lady was super cranky. she over charged us by $90. we had made a reservation threw booking. com but she charged us the regular price plus the $50 for incidentals. then our keys didn’t work in our door. the lady next to our room was having the same issue. took her 3 times going down to get it fixed the nice lady working day shift fixed it for us
