Hampton Inn Deming

Everything was amazing from the size of the rooms, comfort of the beds, cleanliness, and especially the free breakfast. It wasn’t the sacked up breakfast, it was freshly made every morning with from hot fresh eggs or omelets to cold cereal. Everything to choose from!!

The only complaint I would have is the jets still weren’t working in the hot spa. We called over 4 months before we were coming and they said the parts were ordered to get fixed. They said they same thing when we got here for this visit. I won’t stay again if they are not fixed.

We stopped in Deming on our way to San Diego from El Paso. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this one truly was exceptional. They had a bowl of water in the lobby for our dog. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The grounds were well kept. The mangers were helpful and courteous. This was a hotel that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend stopping here.

Breakfast was great all four days. Good selection. Good coffee. Clean tables. Staff was very helpful. Robert and ladies in the kitchen (I didn't get everyone's name)

We did have a few bothersome flies in the conference room. Otherwise, no specific problems.

It was a nice room, excellent bed, nice staff

I didn't care for the breakfast options. I would have preferred scrambled eggs vs. bagel toppers that had a lot of bread. There were several types of yogurt, but all were very high in sugar.

Accessible off interstate-10, ideal location for passing through. The room was quiet, did hear any noises and the beds are so comfortable.

The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling with an ice bag around it. i didn’t notice it until time to sleep because you have to be looking up to notice. the room was clean so it’s clear the staff wasn’t aware until notified. Otherwise, it was a one overnight stay with a pleasant breakfast.

Easy to get to. Clean room, good shower, overall good.

Uncomfortable beds. Weird yellow stuff that should've been cleaned off back of bathroom door (was not from us), but everything else was really clean. Nowhere to really sit comfortably.

I do not like that booking .com states your credit card wont be charged when you reserve but it also fails to tell you that if you book a room for a different family member who want to pay with their credit card when they check out IT IS NOT ALLOWED!! I ended up paying for a weeks stay for 2 rooms at a not very cheap price. Would have been nice to know this right up front. Angry angry angry. Will most likely use a different venue to book my stays in the future

After we checked out and headed on I realized I had left my diamond ring in our room. I called the Hampton and talked to Robert. Explained to him what I had done. He immediately went to our room and found my ring. He held it for me until we could get back. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his honesty. He should be recognized for that. Thank you Robert!!!

It had the most comfortable bed!! Ever! The breakfast was very good!

We heard a dog barking early in the morning in another room but we were already up.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I've stayed at this property several times and it's always a great stay. Due to Covid, not everything is available, however, under the circumstances, they do their best to ensure my needs are met. The facility was very clean. My room even had a breakaway sticker on the door indicating the room had been sanitized and noone had been in the room since it was cleaned. Nice touch.
