The front desk staff was amazing. We had no issues that needed addressed during out visit.

So many things needed to be fixed that make the property look junky. The dog area, the elevator buttons and trim on doors, the pool area was very junky, the ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors didnt work. It is a nice property and needs to be fixed up. Breakfast really should include real eggs, as the powdered eggs gave me an upset stomach. Deming never offered a good meal anywhere we ate though.

Traveling with a dog on a cross-country trip can get expensive - this hotel had very reasonable charges for pets, and even had a little gated dog area! The front desk clerk was very helpful, advising us on where to park so that their security cameras could keep an eye on our loaded-down car. Free breakfast made it easy to grab and go so we could get back on the road.

Computer system was down when we checked out, so couldn't change the credit card from the one that was used to book, but otherwise everything was good.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Economical choice for our move from CA while waiting to close on our new home in Deming. Great that they accommodated our two cats and didn't gauge us for it. Pool and spa were refreshing. Plenty of free parking and they have those large luggage carts so you don't have to make multiple trips to unload or load.

Although the room was clean, it definitely needed a refresh. The furniture was worn, holes in the bed skirt, desk chair was broken, and in the bathroom the door, toilet tank lid, and part of the shower wall were gouged or broken. Bathroom sink was slow draining. No shade options in the pool area. Appreciate the continental breakfast but for those of us who don't like boiled eggs a protein other than fruit-flavored yogurt would be great.

Breakfast was good, and there was a good variety. The rooms were clean and they accommodated our request for two close rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in every interraction

We got woken up in the middle of the night by incredibly loud guests above us. We could hear both yelling and stomping. The front desk was helpful when we called, but the rooms aren't even close to soundproof.

Stayed only one night. All was well. The pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing.

The location had no convenience stores or restaurants close by. This hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere.

The staff were very friendly and professional. my ac was running in my room before arriving, so I came into a nice cold room. I came in at 4am and was still met with the same attitude as if I came mid day.

The dog potty area is so tiny, definitely not meant for bigger dogs ( my dog is a 70lb Lab and was way to big for the little enclosure ), only sized for 30lbs and under dogs. The grass is completely dead from all the urine. it smelt like pee bad. although it didn't meet my expectations for size and cleanliness, the staff do make sure there is no poop in that area.

Bed is quite comfortable. Front desk personnel was very friendly and accommodating. Promised concert would end by 9:30 and it was. Though property was next to a train depot, the sound was not noticeable in the room.

Description of the hotel did not mention the train depot. Carpet needs a good cleaning and was sticky on bare feet. Couch was also sticky and had some stains. Shower needs to be regrouted.

Good location with excellent highway access. Included breakfast very welcomed. Very pleasant front desk staff upon my arrival.

Breakfast "could" have had a few more selections and I would have like some ice water being available.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean the first day but not the second day.

Halls, elevator and the supplies room (door was open by the elevator on the third floor) floors were very dirty.

Breakfast adequate. I expect it will expand as pandemic eases. Staff very helpful and professional.

Computer system was slow at check in. I think it was internet connection not computer.
