Very nice, clean and friendly.

I have been staying here for 3 yrs, 3 days at a time when coming to see my daughters family who live in Flora Vista NM. The grand kids (2) have always been allowed to come and swim during my stay. This time it was not allowed because they were not a paying guest. The pool was empty every time I went by. So I'm sorry to say that I will not longer be staying here

The beds are consistently comfy with very soft linens. The room is set up well and decorated nicely. The breakfast was very good. Thanks for offering so many choices.

There wads no tip jar for the staff who made breakfast, so we just handed the tip to them directly. Other locations offer a tip jar to remind people to tip.

Clean and tidy room and facility. Staff was great. Only issue was when arriving there the worker checking us in put us upstairs and not in a handicap accessible room which I had booked. I went back inside as my fiance is the one who checked us in. I went in and said no that's not what I booked and when I came outside n got my phone and went back in he had fixed it. Said it was a glitch in his system. I think it's cuz they was doing touch up paint jobs and wanted to paint that room. But I'm handicap and that is the room I always get us into when we go to Farmington. Was happy it got fixed.

I wish the handicap accessible parking was closer to the front and that from the handicap accessible rooms we could see our vehicle.

Gena our housekeeper was amazing .... I left a little note asking for a couple extra towels that morning and the next 2 I had extra. Our room was super clean and even smelled clean. I just wanna say thank you for that!!

Enjoyed breakfast! Hotel was clean and very quiet, which was very enjoyable after a long trip.and the employees were friendly fast and efficient. Fast food & stores were all in walking distance A definite plus

People should not have to pay extra to have pets with them. If pets damage, then charge for damages...but to pay extra because you have pets? Do you charhe a child fee per each?

Convenient location. Stores close by. Staff was very friendly. property was clean.

The little fridge in the room and AC had a humming noise all night, and something kept coming on loud outside our room every 30 minutes and lasted for 3 minutes. Our bathroom door was hard to close, it was like the door was tilted to the right and the lower right side would rub hard on the bathroom floor and made it difficult to close.

We travel to Farmington, New Mexico frequently since we have family there and we always stay at this hotel. It is centrally located to restaurants, stores, and attractions. It is always very clean and the staff go above and beyond! This time was no exception! We were recently there for my niece’s wedding, my 87 year old grandmother has cancer, the staff went above and beyond to make sure her room was ready early so that she could rest before the ceremony and were very caring towards her and the situation. Overall, we were very grateful for their concern and the effort they made on her behalf.

Everything was great!

The breakfast on our day was bad. They had no waffle machine or pancake mix, and the burritos were very tasteful and dry. The only thing about breakfast was the muffins they were good.

Nice place. Nothing that sticks out either way, extremely good or extremely bad. Very typical Best Western with the same typical amenities you would expect at hotels in this same category. I would stay here again.

Again, nothing really glaring here. I wasn't aware of the dog fee until 3 days into my stay and saw a new charge on my CC. Should've been disclosed at check-in.
