We have been coming here for years for a week in Jul-Aug to visit family in the area. What stands out for us is the location and the wonderfully helpful and considerate staff.

In spite of a renovation a number of years ago to a more business-oriented style, the lobby area totally lost its charm (fireplace, comfortable seating)! We noticed this time that although the hotel was very clean, the carpets, hallway baseboards, appearance in general was very run down.

they had the pool available for my kids , breakfast was great , the selection was awesome . the room was clean and neat. the water wasnt that hot but it was warm enough. the view was ok it wasnt that great .

The location of the stay in town wasnt that flattering and it was that close to some places that we were gonna be shopping . the smell outside wasnt that great or the view.

Nice hotel. Large room big enough to maneuver with luggage and a cooler. Beds were comfortable. Black out shade really helped. Small bathroom. Every employee I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and coffee was perfect.

A little expensive for a Holiday Inn Express not near any major sites. $50 less would have been much more appropriate.

The hotel was clean and well organized, and the staff were very friendly. We appreciate the breakfast that’s included in the price of the room at Holiday Inn’s and the healthy options that are available.

The hotel is next-door to a commercial trucking operation, so our room looked down on a truck parking yard.

Breakfast options were great. Was nice and quiet. Pool was clean and open.

Some of the staff was rude. One employee gave us rude looks because we asked for help when we left our card in our room. Thankfully another lady who had just clocked in helped us instead. The room wasn't very clean. The shower atleast. The pull out couch/bed had broken springs and was unfit to use.

location was close to family we were visiting and easy to access.

I would love to have towel racks so towels could be reused. In room coffee maker was so placed in such a high place it was essentially not usable.

Comfortable bed for me and my kids - breakfast was great and check out time was generously late!

Pull out couch wasn’t the comfiest, but it was more than adequate for a couple kids for one night!

Super clean, friendly staff, and all around a great stay over a weekend. Was there for a funeral and it was nice not having to worry about the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that the a/c was on a motion sensor so it got a little warm at night with it not sensing any movement while sleeping.

It’s in a good location, not too far from anything and there’s a Blakes right next to it.

Had I not been sharing the room with friends I wouldn’t have been able to stay. I booked the room online (I’m 19) and when we got there I couldn’t actually pay for the room and stay unless I was 21 so thankfully my friends were 21. Otherwise I would’ve had to stay in my car…

The rooms are clean and the hotel itself is nice. The Young gal that checked me in the hotel was very friendly and full of life . She made the process easy. Very good at her job

I realize there are still covid precautions but when I came down for breakfast and asked for coffee I was told the machine was broke and the corporate office had been called and was then asked " don't you have coffee in your room?" If I have a Keurig in my room you would think they could round some up and put them in the lobby for the customers with breakfast. I was looking for a good cup of coffee with some actual half and half but instead went down the street and bought some. I don't think her excuse or response was what I expected from Holiday Inn!! When I came back through town I stayed at Best Western who did offer coffee.
