Staff, cleanliness, free water

A/c thermostat was slow in reading room temp. It would take too long to cut on and then too long to cut off. Making the room temp swing from really warm to really cold. This caused me to wake up multiple times both nights. Informed staff. They checked. I honestly didn't think it was an issue that the staff could correct.

We loved that the staff was there to answer any questions and solve any problems we had! Andrew was especially awesome and made our trip all the better. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The view was nice and we felt at home. The soaps and shampoos smelled wonderful. Thanks Andrew for being there to help us!

Layout of room was comfortable and room was nice for our family. The staff was warm and welcoming.

shower handrail needs repair at top and some of the dishes felt dirty though maybe that’s the dishwasher or hard water?

I liked having the kitchen in the room. I also liked that there was a walk in shower and no tub.

It was a little farther out than I would have liked. I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t get a better breakfast. it was all packaged no bacon and eggs.

This was the second nicest place we stayed on our whirlwind tour across the country! They happily accepted the menagerie of pets we brought along, the room was a nice size, the staff was feeling and were they only ones on the trip following and enforcing masks rules… would definitely stay again!

The façade of walls in our room had several places Where the paper was damaged and peeling. Made room look old and tired

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. I asked for extra pillows and receive them within 10 minutes. The morning breakfast staff were awesome. There was quite a rush and the staff were excellent in fulfilling all the different orders. The gentleman behind the counter took time to greet every new guest, all while buzzing around completing waffles and cooking other items. I was genuinely impressed by that excellent quality of service on our stay. The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. And great care was taken for COVID cleanliness. I will definitely recommend Home2 Suites to others! Thank you for a refreshing stay.

Definitely felt like home away from home. And the location was awesome. Very quiet and near the river park. The staff, during the evening of check-in and the late morning at check-out, were all so helpful and very courteous. The open fire pit was awesome.

Our tv had issues with the channels. But... thank goodness for the option of signing into Netflix! Which made our stay that more comfortable by being able to stay caught up with our channels/series we watch at home. There’s nothing else I can say that was an issue. Being that our issue really didn’t stay an issue. Thanks.

The staff was super friendly made us feel very welcome there! I explained it was my 10 yr old late birthday present and they put us on the top floor on the side where they were letting off fireworks that night! Thought that was super cool!

Room was clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was only ok. We would like more selection. Love the waffle maker, though! Wish there was a hot tub or spa.
