The room was great - a really comfortable bed, an efficient shower and good space and facilities. We did not have breakfast although it was available. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The location was difficult because of the road works and diversions around the hotel and as the venue sign was only visible from one direction we had a problem gaining access and had to go round the block several times. Hopefully this is a short term issue.

The front desk staff was amazing. Our room had a very loud air conditioner that could not be turned off (they are in the process of swapping them all out and this one was not changed out yet), and she was happy to let us move rooms. The breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the dairy free options for milk on the oatmeal.

We loved the fact that the hotel is away form the trains - that is why we picked you - but the neighborhood seemed a little rough. We did not have any problems, and it was quiet at night, but we were a bit nervous about all the things in the car.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff helpful and nice. Breakfast quite various with good quality ingredients (we would suggest a wider choice of plant-based milk, because allergy to oats is not uncommon, and / or vegan items).

the position is close to highway but the surrounding area is not very nice.

The room was great and plenty of space. We had an issue with the TV not working, the staff said how can we make it right and gave us a credit to compensate for the non working tv. Overall great value for your money.

The TV did not work but that can happen anywhere. The staff needs to be able to provide a wi-fi password and they could not, you had to call a 800 number. Overall the hotel met our expectations and then some.

The dayshift worker was able to change my room after the night shift person put me in a room that was still under renovation. She was also very courteous and understanding.

The manager said he would give me a refund or gift me a free night stay for being given a bad room and I never got it.

the room had its own mini kitchen. What was really important to me at this time was a desk and space. Which was perfect.

I wanted to print out some color prints. But the computer and printer was out of service and front desk didnt have color print as well.

Breakfast was good, maybe the setup could be rearranged. There was a bottleneck by the toaster, I think there were just too many people all at once. Other than that it was good.

The only thing was the noise from upstairs. We could hear kids running down the hallway. The north and south entrance doors were not working. Had to use the front entrance or the entrance by the elevators. Other than that it was good.

The convenience of the hotel. Not to mention the staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Perfect for our quick trip thru Gallup.

Tv was a bit small and we could not roll down the main curtain so in the morning it was very bright!

Location, however, seems like you can’t get away from drug use, see that everywhere we travel.

Having to store food that needed refrigeration with the front desk instead of in frig in room. Due to eco friendly setting. The frig was set for only two hours at a time. Our stay was for 5 days.

The rooms were really nice and clean. We love the space

Having more security cameras for the parking. A lot of homeless were in the area so we were afraid of people getting into our rides. But more likely everything was great!!!!
