Very nice room, comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful. Very many choices and all great quality. There was the nicest breakfast attendant there. She was very sweet and was right on top of every single detail of the breakfast and every guest's need. I wish I could remember her name, so I could mention it, but I've waited too long to write this review and I've forgotten it. However, she is a wonderful employee.

The pool area was very hot and humid and was even too noisy for my 10-year-old grandson, he ended up with a headache However, it was an indoor pool, so maybe that just goes with the territory. It was a clean, well-kept pool area ... and had there not been several screaming children it might not have been too bad :)

Since I was traveling alone I didn’t like that there was any joint door to my room to the next room! so I asked him to change me to a different room. didn’t have a problem with it, gave me a new room. Then the TV didn’t work in new room! so I called him said maybe the storm, give it 30 minutes! fine! I took shower got setup, still not working! front desk called me to see if it was working? i told him no. so he came and looked at it, couldn’t fix it, so moved into another room! he Offered to help me move my stuff 👍 I told him I got it. it was right next to my room and he made sure everything was working 👍👍👍👍 GREAT PLACE!! Very Friendly 👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice interior, room was spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and employees friendly. The location was great for us. Even though we weren’t driving an ev, it was nice to see charging stations in the parking lot.

Our stay was lengthened by the winter storm and, even under such stress, can’t think of anything that was annoying or inlikeable.

Hotel is on Route 66, which served the very purpose of my travel. Though I read reviews on train sound, I didn't find it very disturbing. Decent property with all facilities and serving very good breakfast.

There was no restaurant in the property.

Our check-in and our room - The check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very good night’s sleep.

Breakfast - The breakfast was lacking. Cold, hard potatoes, waited for 10 minutes on eggs, kitchen person unfriendly.

The front desk staff were extremely user friendly, and knowledgeable of the local area. There was an emergency situation that occurred, and they responded wonderfully. One of the guests was in the middle of a health emergency, and was having problems breathing. His spouse was starting to panic, and needed immediate attention. Phillip, the front desk associate, immediately responded to the situation. He assisted in positioning the patron to receive care. Additionally, he ran to the individual's room to retrieve oxygen cylinders to assist in reviving the patron. After ensuring the individual was breathing properly, he helped the spouse to safely transport him to his room. That is the Pinnacle of Quality Customer Service!!! On that day, Phillip met all the markers to be identified as a true Hero (His Brother's Keeper)!!! He could have stayed of the sidelines and been invisible. However, he took appropriate action to help save a life. Thank You Phillip in Gallup.

Definitely I would recommend this hotel. The elevators were closed for the storm but the guy from front desk was sooo nice, he helped us with the suitcase. As I travel with my three children, I needed some hot water and Phillip (the same front desk guy) gave me some hot water. Best decision to go for this hotel. The breakfast was short choices but it was really good, just exactly what you need. As a bachelor in hospitality management I would say the staff was impeccable. The whole room really clean, I had to move the desk and every corner was neat.

It’s not the hotel room, but there were some guest in the middle of the night making some noise. I have kids and didn’t like but as I’m saying wasn’t the hotel fault.

Check in was smooth and staff were very pleasant and efficient. Hotel was very well lit, comfortable, and excellent parking.

Nothing. It was pretty much perfect.

Absolutely everything. This hotel was simply phenomenal from check in forward. The free breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles to order, all sorts of pastries, oatmeals, juices) was a surprise - especially when they said it was from 6am to 10am! The hotel was extremely clean and very well-dressed, my room even had artificial plants.

The cook lady at breakfast. Needs a little bit more customer service skills and a smiling face. That’s why nobody wants to tip.
